Joanne was incredibly patient and took the time to ask thoughtful questions to understand my level of anxiety, which immediately helped me feel more comfortable. Dr. Ling explained each step of the procedure before moving forward, making sure I knew what to expect. His calm, unhurried approach made a tremendous difference, and I left the office completely pain-free. What impressed me even more was that a few hours after I got home, Dr. Ling personally called to check on how I was doing. That level of follow-up, compassion, and commitment to patient care is something you don't often experience and speaks volumes about the practice. I also want to recognize Cheri Villarreal. Cheri was my hygienist when I first moved to Houston, and I've followed her through the different dental practices where she's worked because she is simply outstanding. Her genuine care and encouragement have made a lasting impact. I walked out. Dishonest crooks, money hungry. The procedures are painful. I am 82, soon to be 83. The first lady - I don't believe she was my usual hygienist, gave me a nice fuzzy blanket, admired my nail polish - she was killing time for the dentist to get there. I got a crown put on today and each time they explain what they are about to do and check on you to make sure your as comfortable as possible. But most of all he is gentle and does excellent work.
