Even though there has been numerous staff changes throughout the years, the staff and managers there have been cordial and always willing to help out even when past staffers have errored with the Invisalign Treatment Program. We stuck it out for years, however, my wife never got her wire retainers installed, and her teeth have started to shift again. Can anyone at this location help out? I went in there with a HMO dental plan and got great service and the pricing for my dental procedures was very competitive, much lower than other dental establishments nearby. . The dentists there are very professional, educated, experienced, and take their time explaining to you the process. I felt very comfortable being there, from interacting with the office personnel, the assistants, the dentists, and more importantly, the financial coordinator, in this case, Saul who was very helpful, kind, and really cared about your well being. The office is very clean, professional, and social distance guidelines were being practiced in the waiting area. The staff is very courteous and eager to please. Although Saul who was in my previous review is no longer there, the office staff remain respectful at all times. I wish to point out the office manager, Felicia, has been instrumental in resolving any past issues with this office. She has taken great strides to insure my wife and I feel at home with Jefferson Dental. We are very pleased with her astute professionalism and personal attention she has given us regarding our dental needs. I can't ask for someone better than her. She has decades of management experience, and is truly an asset to the company. If you have any issues whatsoever, do not hesitate to reach out to her for assistance. The service she has given us is unsurpassed. I came in thinking I was now going to need an implant. Thanks to Dr.Pham and his expertise, that was not the case. I will just need a replacement crown. Since it's going to take a couple of weeks for me to receive my final crown, they made me a temporary tooth and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. Cecilia took her time fixing some details to make it look as natural as possible and to make it match with the rest of my teeth size and color wise. ( I really appreciate that since it is a FRONT TOOTH !! ) I can't wait to go back for my final crown. I will definitely make this my new dental office. I have sleep apnea and wanted some type of mouth guard and they seemed to be a best fit based on all my research. When I came in, I scheduled during my lunch hour, and it was less than 5 minutes from the office. I loved that I got a notification reminder week of and hour before, as sometimes I tend to lose track of time. I entered into a bright lobby and was greeted promptly (by name!!!) and was checked in. The wait time wasn't long, just a couple of minutes and the dental assistant guided me back to the room. Walking through the halls, have such great lighting, great for a photo!! lol, but entered in the room, chair was super comfy and they have a tv on the chair so you are distracted for whatever dental cause brought you in! Great for those that don't like the dentist! Dr. McRay came in after getting all checked in and asked me about my sleep study and helped review over all the information in the results and explained in great detail what he was able to offer and provide me and how he is different from other devices that are used out in the industry. I was really happy with how knowledgeable he was, as well as the staff, and making me feel super comfortable with my choice and confident in moving forward. He explained all the costs upfront and what all the costs entailed, which I left feeling even more confident that I'd made the right choice. I left and took some time to think it all through and before I knew it, I was scheduling my follow up to get fitted for my mouth guard. The cool thing about their process includes some breathing tests so that they know how to make adjustments to the mouth guard and make it truly fitted for you. They sent everything off and received back in two weeks. Night one, I noticed such a huge difference in how I slept and woke up feeling so rested and less groggy. It's amazing what one thing could do to change your entire sleep cycle. It's been a few weeks now, and still loving it. I had a follow up with Dr. McRay and he is just a dream and so is the team! I've had such a great experience with them, and looking forward to future visits! Who knew you could say that about a dentist!

Both Dr. Heather and Dr. Brett are general dentists. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend seeing an endodontist--a specialist in root canal treatment--for any endodontic procedure.
