She was turned away because the dentist was nervous about her voicing concerns about the pain of the needle while they told her that "it's gonna hurt pretty bad" and then demonstrated by pushing up against her gums with the qtip they had in her mouth to show her how bad it was going to hurt. Absolutely ridiculous that they are supposed to be licensed professionals but can't deal with a woman feeling nervous about a needle. How do you expect them to deal with your kids that are nervous??

My dentist is out of the country for a month, so I contacted Dr. Kerr office today. They were able to fit me in, which was a relief. The receptionist and all the staff I interacted with were incredibly nice. Dr. Kerr saved the day by reattaching my crown. Unfortunately, they're not in my network, so I had to cover 30% of the cost of today's visit. I was hoping to return for a consultation on some additional work I need done. Everyone is very informative, and if they don't know the answer right away they won't fib their way around and instead will hunt down someone in the office who does. That kind of effort makes a huge impression, especially when it comes to anything medical/dental as things can be very confusing and knowing what to expect going in can help a lot with the anxiety I get when I'm at the Dentist. Both their doctors are very hands on, and take their time to get to know you instead of running from one room to another. The assistants in the back go above and beyond constantly running around making sure rooms are set up and sanitized properly, Each Hygienist takes their time while cleaning and making small conversation so it doesn't feel like they are just rushing from one patient to the next, and they even remember and bring up things mentioned at previous appointments even I forgot I talked about lol. The staff up front are very polite and knowledgeable, and to me the front staff can make or break an office since they are the first one's you meet when you walk in or call. They take their time to explain everything they can, and like I said before, if they aren't sure of an answer they will run back and ask someone in the back with more knowledge so I get the right info. 100/100 would highly recommend this office to anyone and everyone!

I've been using a tube of Anbesol every couple days it's so bad. I couldn't get an appointment at a couple of recommended Oral Surgeons for weeks. I found a place in my Home Town just a couple miles away, Dr. Sanchez. They got us in the day after we called and He did the two extractions within 10 mins of the xrays. I felt zero pain while the shots went in and then not a bit during the entire procedure. Just the force and pushing and pulling of the extraction. We were in and out in under an hour. Unbelievable!
