Did a great job on my teeth. Informed me on everything they were going to do. Plus gave me UV glasses so my eyes do not hurt from the light. The receptionist were great in the front as well. Making me feel at ease and answering any questions I had from insurance to paperwork. Just beware that your initial payment after insurance most likely will go up when your procedure is done. The initial payment is an ESTIMATE, so be prepared to pay around $10-20 more than the initial paperwork being shown to you.

She worked with me over the course of weeks to figure out insurance fiascos and welcomed each patient like they were close friends. My only qualm is the absurdly lengthy waiting periods for an appointment.

I have a condition that causes nerve issues, so it wasn't the tooth, it was the nerve. I wanted to get it pulled so bad. The pain was terrible. When I saw Dr. Lisa Baker, we decided that it was probably time. I went to Bloomington Oral Surgery (that was traumatizing and horrible because the gas didn't work, but that's for different yelp), and got the tooth pulled. I don't miss it at all and I'm so glad a dentist finally listened to me. The bad: If you have a walker, wheelchair, or cane, it's kinda hard to get around or stay out of the way. There is no ramp or handicapped parking that I'm aware of. I would go back.

Up until I moved to Portland, OR this was my dentist office of choice. Everyone there is really…read morenice, my dental hygienist didn't poke me with medieval instruments of torture with the express purpose of making me leave with a mouth full of bloody puncture wounds. This is said in contrast to the last place I went where I swear they just wanted to make dental visits as painful as humanly possible. I've also found that they accept the insurance provided by almost every business in Crawfordsville. The highest amount I ever had to pay out of pocket was 20 bucks and that was after my first visit where they did about a million different X-rays since I had never been there before. Another thing I like is they give you a phone call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to confirm. Usually its further in advance than that which is great since they only give a penalty charge for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
