I knew I would have problems at this point because of all the work he did underfilling when he re filled my fillings that he should never of changed to white fillings and now I am truly paying the price for what he did. That included our dentist being the amazing Dr. Hester. The office was a shambles but the practice was perfect. After Dr. Hester sold to young Dr. Rinehart we were concerned about the change. Our fears turned out to be without merit as Dr. Rinehart and his staff have kept the best aspects of Dr. Hester's practice and implemented an impressive modernization of services. We trust Dr. Rinehart and his staff to provide top quality care taking into account the value of your time and the impact on your finances. More than once they repaired something for a fraction of the cost of replacement. He's not out to line his pockets like the others, he's out to be an advocate for his patients. All of his staff are kind, understanding and helpful. We have yet to encounter anyone in that office who wasn't top notch. We strongly recommend you drive the extra few minutes into Georgetown or visit his new office in Pawleys. You'll be able to tell the difference between his practice and the money grubbers after your first visit.

Frames that came in were purple. Double checked with my husband who was there at the time. He said the frames I tried on were red. Staff insisted the frames I got were the ones I tried on and that manufacturer didn't make that frame in red. That's their story, and they're stickin' to it. Now I'm stuck with an extremely expensive pair of glasses I really dislike. Will never buy frames from Indigo again.

I called Dr. Alina's office, Dunes Dental, after calling several other places for getting dentures for my mom. After talking with the office Mgr. Cathy of Dunes Dental was very accommodating giving us an appointment within two days of talking to them. Dr.Alina and her Staff handled my mom with genuine care and consideration. My mom also is legally blind and deaf in one ear and has a hearing aid in the other ear so communicating can be very difficult but they did a fantastic job and my mom was very happy with their service. She can't wait to go back for her next appointment and then the final appointment of getting her dentures.. They have been the most gentle ever. Both hygienist I've had the pleasure of meeting were nice and so very gentle. They continued to ask me throughout the process how I was doing and if I had any pain. I truly appreciated that. Then today I had my first filling with Dr Maser. He heard my concerns about feeling everything while he filled my cavity. I never felt anything. His dental assistant made sure to keep checking to see how I was doing and well as Dr Maser. It's not cheap to fix teeth, and this place is no different in that aspect, but when there is pain involved, I don't take chances! I have gone to many teaching hospitals/dentists in the past and it's not uncommon for the dentist to teach his staff while the patient is, well, patient! I find this to be the case here, as he is in to his work and takes the time to explain things to both the patient and his staff, and all the while I did have to sit there and be patient- a major hard time for me but worth it to know what's going on. The bottom line is that my teeth feel great. Someone recently told me "everyone's teeth hurt a little", but I think not! I will be going to Dr. Wright if I feel pain and I know he can help!

I was referred to Dr Wallen by an Endodontist due to reoccurring sinus infections and a 3d scan…read morewhich revealed two teeth going through resorption which need to be extracted (molar and wisdom). I was professionally advised of the treatment plan along with possible complications and cost. The molar was removed but the wisdom tooth was not (I was advised this maybe a complication because of the wisdom tooth proximity to my sinus cavity, but a determination would be made during surgery and "watched" for later treatment) One day later I have no problems or issues. I give this long review to highlight the professional, caring Dr Wallen, his front office staff and his surgery staff. They turned a visit I honestly dreaded, experienced anxiety (due to traumatic dental experiences as a child) into one of thankful and blessed to have such a great team, do not dread going back, appreciate, and will return for further treatment.
