Isabella is great to work with, she's very friendly and responsive and is fine with doing certain tasks for some appointments but not others. This is really helpful since seasonal changes at home mean different things are needed from month to month. You also never get the feeling she's rushing through tasks to get to her next appointment. We've been working with her for almost a year now and she's been very consistent about arriving at appointment times and has done a good job in the various cleaning tasks.
