A small, family run business means you get the personal touch and you can expect them to go that extra mile to keep their customers happy. They do other uniforms as well (fire brigades, security companies etc.) so they really know their stuff.

I often find TK Maxx shops are really busy and squashed. This one was really quiet when I visited, but more importantly everything was nicely spread out and didn't feel cramped. It's a very comfortable shopping experience! Like all TK Maxx stores, there are some brilliant bargains to be found if you have the patience for a good rummage! :)

Ignored all of my emails and shipped goods regardless. Failed to update website photos after I pointed out their error. Only comms was via Paypal when I disputed the transaction. Briefest of responses with no names provided. No sense of urgency or effort on their part. I had to drive the whole thing through PayPal and the seller's own couriers to eventually get a refund several weeks after having the money taken out of my account.
