I get there and she informs me my appt. is at 11:30 with another stylist, need less to say I had find something to do for 45 min. All along James is cut hair and keeps looking over as I am explaining the situation. Never once did he come over to apologize. If the owner can't even come over and find out what happened and apologize then he just lost himself and his studio a client.

I've ALWAYS been pressured to do more bleach and more often than necessary which is just damaging my hair unnecessarily. Here- they CARE! And it shows in just that act alone.
