He didn't just fix what I brought my car in for -- he went above and beyond and noticed the little things that I didn't even mention. The black piece on the back of my car needed attention, and he took care of it. I had a scratch on the right side of my car, and somehow he made it disappear. I'm not even sure if he buffed it out or painted it, but it looks amazing! It's rare to find someone who truly takes pride in their work and treats your vehicle like it's their own. The customer service, the quality, and the extra effort really stood out to me. My experience was some what neutral. The body work was done great but then I confronted the owner…read morethat put decals on it got weird. My bodywork was on my hood and ps rear fender , however the body shop guys took off my sticker on the ds and ps, well when they did that on the ds they dug into the paint to the primer, about a dime size chip. Not I gave The benefit of the doubt that they would fix that well when I got the call to come pick up my vehicle come to find out the owner actually had put the new decal over that dime size chipped of paint And when he put another decal below it, it was very crooked about a quarter of an inch to 3/8 of an inch difference so it's very crooked. If I have the pictures to post on here, I would show you I confronted the owner about it and it got a little weird and gave some reasoning for it and basically said that if it bothers me that we can work something out with a discount on Another repair. I still had to pay full price for this repair. The owner is super super super nice really cool awesome and I didn't feel like getting confrontational because I'm a non-confrontational person but I just thought that it would've been noted for me to come back at another time so they could do the repair right seeing as they didn't even have to work on that side anyway, and it was their mistake.

I m sorry sir I have no idea how that happened. Another week passes with no communication I text and don't get a response so I call, we are waiting on a part from the dealership. Ok, still why haven't I been updated. I'm u sure why you're not getting our texts. Hmmm. Another week passes, I say it's been 4 weeks and this is getting a bit ridiculous, oh sir certainly you were told when you dropped it off it's 2 to 4 weeks. No, no one said a thing other than they will keep you updated which they didn't. Long story short, A+ on the body work and F on the communication. It was an insurance claim so I only had my deductible but the total seemed to be a good value for the work done.
