Once we got upstairs, we still had to ask around as where we were supposed to go and where our nail tech was (we later found out that she was delayed due to the fact of her getting her eyelashes done in the next room). Kayla's (our nail techs) service was extremely unprofessional as she was throwing cotton balls , swabs and towels across the room trying to hit the trash containers they were supposed to go into (some actually hitting my daughter). I asked if I could get my toenails done in gel and she said "no we don't do gel here as it's too hard to remove.. So I decided on a regular paint color, which she proceeded to paint on like a first year nail tech student. I called and spoke with the manager (Denise) to express our disappointment, and dissatisfaction ; she-never apologized for the poor service or for her employees unprofessionalism that obviously reflected on her facility but told me I needed to take it up with the nail tech. Bad service from beginning to end. From making the appointment, trying to find my assigned nail techs booth to the service!! Very disappointing and very unprofessional!!
