What an enjoyable experience. We had been looking for a fifth wheel for over a year. We visited well over 100 dealerships online. And let me tell you no can touch Genuine Rv. First we live in California and Genuine RV is in Texas. When making our choice to purchase from Genuine RV it was a no brainer. By far this is the dealership to go to. My story is, I have been looking for over a year and they have the best prices, which nobody could touch. So when we were going to purchase in March it was sold, again in May the unit sold. So they had some on order and I was able to secure one. It's a small dealership and I mean everyone there is great. From the owner Tony to my sell's person David. Ok we drove from California to Texas to pick up our baby we told them the day we were coming and oh yeah they have an area where you can stay overnight in your trailer with full hookups and water everything so you could shower and cook and a on site dumping station. So upon our arrival the air condition was on and it was heaven. We stayed there two days in a secured area and was given a key to come and go as we pleased. We are very appreciated to the staff Annie who took all my calls. Tony the owner a great Christian man who makes people dreams come true and if I live in TX wouldn't mine working for. Hana took us to see our fifth wheel and answered all questions when we ask. David who dealt with us in a very professional manner and allowed me to get the interior color I wanted. Took very good care of us from beginning to end #1 in my book. Tammi in finance who completed the dream for us. The service department let me start with my man Jeff he gave us our orientation when we first arrived very knowledgeable and kind also attached the hitch which is included in price of the 5th wheel "hallelujah: more savings. My wife and I bought our first camper at Demontrond in Houston. It was a negative experience to say the least. We both literally had bad dreams following the experience. We traded that camper for a Keystone at Genuine RV STORE (they are a store that helps you buy what you want, not a dealership trying to sell you things you don't). It felt like we were buying from family, to say the least. The price was the lowest we found for what we wanted, and they provided the best customer service we've ever experienced. Just one example (among many): we sat down to look at the contract (which was one page!). It included GAP insurance and tire and wheel protection at extra cost. We said we didn't want those. The gentleman going over the paperwork simply asked if we had those things covered. We said we did. He apologetically said it would take him five minutes to fix it. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. He simply changed it and moved on! They included a quality weight distributing hitch with sway control, and store credit to boot. Everyone there was polite, thorough, and kind even though we weren't buying a super expensive rig. We are moving to Alaska soon, but have decided that when it's time for a new camper, we will take a vacation to Nacogdoches to buy it from Will. Don't waste your time anywhere else. All I can say was Genuine RV went above and beyond my expectations. They had the best price for the brand and model I was looking for, they had no problem giving the price out the door. Other dealers were not forth coming on their add-ons. Genuine RV had my trailer ready when I got there, while they were installing the the wheel hitch in my truck they let us use one of their vehicles to go to lunch and buy groceries. They invited us to stay on their property with free full hookups to try out the rig, they wanted to make sure everything was working properly before we left to take home 1200 miles away. Got a free $150 gift certificate to buy RV supplies and accessories. I kept adding accessories and they kept installing them. I would definitely buy from them again. As far as one of the other customers that kept delaying their pickup without paying something up front was just dragging their feet. He could have sent a check to lock the deal in. I don't know how many times I was selling something and the buyer kelp delaying and making excuses and still wanted me to save it for him (probably was still looking for a better deal) and then change their mind at the last minute. Genuine probably got tire of holding something for someone, the buyer should have insistent to pay a deposit. read more

Today we left after staying 2 days with Tony and his staff. We drove from Phx Arizona to pick up our Trailer. It was like saying Goodbye to family That was the easiest purchase my husband Chris and I have ever made. The customer service was amazing. This journey looking for a Trailer started in April I gave it all to God and asked him to lead the way, Which lead us to nacogdoches TX. With a 1200 mile trip ahead of us I found out that my Cousins who I haven't seen in 30 years lived 20 miles from there. So I got to visit with them also. Amazing, but what was more Amazing was Tony's heart and love for his job and his customers he offered us a to stay there for 2 days Jeff and tony showed us everything us Newbies needed to know. Today on the 4th we are headed back to AZ Tony came back to meet us to say Goodbye and Prayed for us and our trip back home. I live in Illinois and found this dealer with a online search for the open range travel trailer I was looking for. I brokered the deal via telephone with Tony Wier. The man couldn't have been more obliging. His honesty and straightforwardness are a rare find I the Rv industry. I was a little apprehensive since I made many commitments based upon picking up this Rv and residing in it for a period of time . Additionally it's a 10k lb 38ft travel trailer 323RLS and I was driving back to Arizona, no small jog for a first drive. That was in October of 2015, I have had very very few issues and anything small that has come up has been quickly resolved by Tammy just mailing me the part. I also had a great experience at Genuine rv. We drove from Baton Rouge and got a great deal, and the service was great. We had some problems with our unit and Bob and his crew worked very hard to fix all our problem. We were so impressed with Tony and his integrity and his way of doing business.
