Thanks to his thorough discussion and ordering of additional tests they were able to finally figure out and treat an issue that I had been experiencing for years! I finally felt listened to as a patient. I found this refreshing and encouraging. Perscriptions requests from patients or pharmacies are often not addressed on a timely basis, but according to his office it's always the pharmacies fault. On a recent visit when I indicated I was having ongoing pain in my left knee the doctor told me it was a combination of old age and that i was doing too much yoga. A trip to Immediate Care led to a diagnosis of a torn miniscus. Prior to that the doctor ordered a CT scan. Proper paperwork was not filed with BCBS at that time. Now because he's changed practices, they cannot refile the claim, so I have to pay the bill. I would schedule his first appointment on Saturday to get in and out quickly, but he always ran at least 5 - 10 minutes late - no respect for others time. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

I've been MD hopping since 2006, trying to find a compassionate and trustworthy provider. Glad I found Dr. Oh. I think he is an amazing physician. He's smart and dedicated to his patients. I like that we can call him for urgent care and he can squeeze us in during his office hours. He's pretty much available every day of the week which is a major plus for me. You never know when you're gonna need a doctor for those moments that are not quite emergent but urgent enough that you need a doctor asap. He's pulled us through some frightful times and I'm glad he's in charge. We can talk to him about anything relating to our health without judgement. You know what I mean? Some doctors berate their patients for not making wise and healthy choices. You feel bad instead of better after visiting your doctor. Not Dr. Oh. He will actually listen to you. She advised that the best way of contacting the office was by telephone. But for me, that was equally problematic. It typically took an average of 3 attempts to get through because the voicemail message would keep repeating, and then when someone finally did answer, they would put me on hold and either forget I was there or else disconnect me. When I was finally able to get through and leave a message for the doctor, he would return my call in 3 days ... 3 weeks ... or not at all. Equally frustrating, whenever I came in for an appointment, the doctor would typically be running 30 ... 60 ... or even 90 minutes behind schedule. The final straw was when I needed Dr. Grinblatt's signature on a medical form. To expedite things, I hand-delivered it to his office. He was busy with a patient but the receptionist assured me it would be taken care of. It was not. "I never saw the form!" he insisted. So, I made a special trip to his office to deliver the paperwork and a postpaid envelope a SECOND time. Once again the doctor was busy, so I handed it to his nurse and explained the situation. But the second set of forms mysteriously vanished, too. This is no way to run a medical practice.

They don't even know which insurance plans they accept--every one of our claims was incorrectly filed as out-of-network when they were actually in-network. Fixing this has been a major hassle, and despite multiple messages asking for the billing manager to call us back, no one has returned our calls. Instead, we were told that the doctor's wife handles billing, but no one knows when she comes in. We are now receiving final bill notices, yet the office has locked us out of the patient portal due to non-payment, making it impossible to access our records or communicate through that system. When my wife asked how she could reach her doctor or someone who could help, she was told to use the portal--the very one we had been locked out of. All we are trying to do is get them to resubmit these claims correctly as in-network so we can pay the bill and move on. That's it. And yet, we're met with roadblock after roadblock. To top it off, they advertise themselves as a concierge practice, which is laughable. Concierge medicine is supposed to provide premium care, personalized attention, and easy access to the physician and staff. Here, they don't even answer the phone over lunch. Why not stagger lunch breaks like any other service-oriented business instead of shutting down entirely? The final straw was when my wife--who is battling stage 4 cancer--called for the third time to resolve this, only to be scolded for trying to fix a 2024 billing issue in 2025. Unfortunately, we had more pressing matters last year. We're done. As soon as this gets resolved, we'll be finding a new doctor. If you're considering this practice, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Especially when his partner denied my husband samples that were in plain eyesight. The same partner that misdiagnosed my husbands strep throat. My husband could not swallow and was drooling with a raging fever. I had to call an ambulance because he was at risk of choking. Nonetheless, he was hospitalized for 2 days on IV antibiotics. Worst practice and most pompis doctors I have ever encountered. We switched doctors office immediately.
