They even designed a walk in one direction for entering and exiting throughout the office with limited people in the waiting area. She asked to put me on hold to speak to the Dr. She was able to get me an emergency appointment for the next day. I was shocked! R by The next day as I was driving there somehow I couldn't locate the building but the front desk guided me in. She was so nice and patient. I didn't have to wait after signing off on my new patient documents before being called back. They took care of my tooth and of course invited me back. Main Reason was to have a Crown fixed that I had already gave my Prior Dentist $600 for that Crown that Cracked after a couple weeks of having that work done. Gave Marlton Family Dentistry $510 to have the Cracked Crown Fixed/Replaced. Day of my Crown Replacement the Dental Hygienist took my Blood Pressure she said it was High, so that Appt had to be rescheduled. I rescheduled that Appt and I was Sick that week so I had to cancel. I get an Automated Text Message for an Appt I don't recall making. Anyways show up for the Appt and here it's a Cleaning?? But still have a Cracked Crown in my Mouth going on over a Year. Told them I Don't want a Cleaning, I want my Issue Fixed. I Paid $510 and still haven't had it Fixed as of Today 5/26/26. Told Kelly just Refund the $510 and I will go somewhere else. She told me she has to talk to Dr Blake?? Spoke to Kelly today she is gonna Refund me, But minus $75 cause I didn't want the Cleaning Done!! Fine keep the $75 and Enjoy me Blasting this Dental Practice on Socials.... I advise anyone who's Looking for a Dentist this Place ain't it... There's really no such thing as an "emergency appointment" here because it can still take days before anyone actually sees you. My daughter went in with an infected impacted tooth, was prescribed antibiotics, and then referred to one of their recommended specialists for oral surgery. The problem? The specialist can't see her for another month. How does it make sense to tell someone with an active infection to wait a month for surgery? Unfortunately, this is just one of many disappointing experiences we've had. They will cancel your appointment through a text message without hesitation and then act as though they're doing you a favor by offering another appointment 3-5 months later. It's honestly laughable at this point. I'm counting down the days until open enrollment because I cannot wait to leave this DPO plan through Aetna that has essentially locked me into this office. I'll gladly pay for a PPO if it means having the freedom to go to a dentist that is actually accessible, organized, and patient-focused. To make matters worse, my other daughter had what should have been a simple cavity filling and has been in pain ever since. Maybe if this office didn't constantly cancel cleaning appointments, we could have caught the issue earlier before it turned into a cavity in the first place. We've literally been waiting nearly two years for routine cleanings. At this point, I would never recommend Eastern Dental to anyone looking for reliable dental care.
