My new truck. It's my second vehicle purchased through this dealership. They now have a long time customer.

I bought a used truck last night. I got a deal that I could live with and the salesmen, Beau and Kevin, were very cool and pleasant to work with. When I test drove the truck or was literally on empty. After I bought it, it wasn't much better. The used car sales manager told me it's Gee policy. I told him he took an otherwise pleasant experience and made it sour. So here is to you Paul, now the world will know you are the guy that you are. And I will be speaking to the GM on Monday about this as well. UPDATE: once the sales manager was informed of the situation, he asked me to bring the truck back so it could be filled up. Class act sir. Thank you.

The character of the general manager was less than ethical, and as a result I do nit recommend this business's performance .

These jerk offs are charging me $1100 to replace an alternator. A brand new one is $150 on Amazon.

"Trouble finding the parts", then all the repair places he works with are weeks behind, to now I didn't agree to pay for any repairs and the repair places he sent me to told him the clutch was fine. Driven the car only 6k miles and the clutch is gone. These guys always push an extended warranty and tell you "everything's covered" completely lying to your face as most things aren't covered like wear parts which I knew about hence why I agreed to buy the car with those 2 things getting fixed by them. Even if you have proof good luck getting them to do anything for you.

Someone had put mismatched tires on the AWD drive car and it killed it. New deal had it 'fixed' and helped me get a 'good deal' on new tires. The sales person swore up and down it must have been the previous owners...except the people who put on the new tires thought it was odd they were putting another set on 'so soon' for the same dealership. Within 4 months, it was back in shop for more problems. The next week, new tires. About 2 months later, back in the shop, and again the tires were shredded. More new tires. Shop visit after shop visit and finally after 2 years, the car is completely worthless. Headed back to the shop, looking at another $1000+ to make it safe to drive. Don't get me wrong, I love walking to work, but not in the middle of winter while my $10k car is broken down and I still pay the payment every month. They said their mechanic checked it out before I bought it and gave me a 'report'. Their mechanic seemed to miss the thousands of dollars in problems I've had to fix since driving off their lot. I DO NOT recommend doing business here.

They are not at all pushy salesmen. You can come and look at any car, drive it completely trusted, etc without feeling pressured. They are very knowledgeable. You do need to ask for stuff like Carfax if you want it, as with anywhere, but everyone there is very nice. We've had a couple experiences with them and would go back! To the first reviewer on here: 1. What did you expect with an 11 year old car? Volkswagens especially do have those kind of issues. And after putting 10k miles on it, you are *going* to have small things like that happen. :/ We had a Chrysler with similar tranny issues with much less miles and years on it, and no other damage. 2. You need to ask for the Carfax yourself. 3. $2000 is a really good trade in for a car that old. 4. If you know where to hit, you can set off airbags with a bare hand punch. So, "a front-end collision bad enough to set off the airbags" doesn't necessarily mean it really caused damage. That's just an excuse used by dealerships.

They lie, cheat, and steal anything to make the sale. Not good business ethics. Stay away from them I suggest. I researched that truck for a week. Staring at it and the price.
