I guess the owners word doesn't mean much to him. Deadline was not met even after discussing week in advance and was told it would be installed. It wasn't and when I called a man was rude to me and the actual owner was second guessing himself and came across very disorganized. Unfortunately, he informed me that he would credit my $$ back without even trying to find a reasonable solution. Very disappointed. I am getting my money reimbursed.

I called back a couple months ago now that the gate is dragging severely and it needs fixed and the head guy, Webb, kept not returning calls after his secretary told me he would. Finally he just blew me off entirely and said we have no crews in Arizona anymore and we don't do residential anymore. So apparently I am not worth his while at this point in the game.
