If there is a negative star believe me!! Thats what I would rate them!! To be fair I don't think I can rate the work but the customer service is beyond horrible. We have not been able to get them out to our house for almost a week and a half. They say they will be out within 2 hours never show up. Frist time we made arrangements for someone to be home when they arrived SHOWED UP 3 HOURS AFTER THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE!! Honest mistake... not! Called again didnt even show up with an excuse that they got the wrong address!!! Didn't even have the courtesy to call and let us know after waiting around all day rearranging plans we had to call in and they said they would show up in the morning and was apologetic now here I sit still no plumber! read more

Let me start by saying that they do good work. We had them do a job for us a few months back, they did the job and we have no complaints. However, I called them out again to do another job and they came out on a Tuesday, checked it out and said they would get back to me between 4-5. The problem is that they didn't say of what day nor of what week. We waited 7 Days to hear from them but we didn't. I then called them back and an Anthony answered and said he was the one that came out to check out the job and that he would call me back in 10 minutes. That never happened. I waited 4 hours and tried to call them back. I haven't been able to talk to anyone since. Nobody will pick up the phone. I've left messages for them to call me and still nothing. I give up, I don't care that they do good work because their customer service sucks. read more
