When I met Dr. Huang, I was very impressed with how carefully she listened to my concerns. I felt like I was having an actual conversation with her instead of being rushed through an appointment with a tired or busy doctor. She took the time to answer each one of my questions, and treated my concerns as valid. I have been able to book an appointment last minute when I needed to, and the software her office uses (Epic) includes a patient phone app where I can schedule appointments, see my test results, send messages to Dr. Huang, and do virtual calls with her. I appreciate how high tech and efficient everything is. Definitely recommend her and this office!

A week later, someone from their office called me and asked me to come in so i can discuss my blood results with a doctor. They also gave me the option to do this over the phone and SURPRISE!!!! THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER COPAY!!!! At my old PCP, they did not charge me a second copay for discussing my results. if you don't want to be nickeled and dimed for everything, then i suggest you look for another doctor's office.
