The technician was unpleasant and aggressive. To make matters worse, they quoted us an extremely inflated price for the service (more than double what we ultimately paid another reputable company to complete the exact same job). That alone raises serious concerns about price gouging or outright scamming. When I contacted the company to address the technician's behavior and the charge, they brushed it off as a "misunderstanding," which felt like a way to discredit our very real and unacceptable experience. I paid their $100 fee just to close the door on this awful interaction, but I wouldn't trust them in my home again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else. Avoid at all costs. There are better, more honest companies out there.

He was very thorough, checked our indoor unit and compressor ( he took off all the panels and vacuumed the debris from the bottom.). Upon arriving at the entrance to the Condo community, Matt called to get the entrance code. After owning this Condo for over 8 years, the HOA a few years back changed the entrance procedure. I have never had to let anyone in, in that my family members have key-fobs (entrance devices) and also this is my second home and I visit very infrequently. Matt questioned why I did not know the code and he followed a car coming in. When he came to the front door, as oppose to ringing the doorbell, he banged on the door. Upon opening the door, "he appeared shocked" to see the occupant. I said to him, "you are not the individual who came out before" and he said "I have never been here before". He entered and I ask him to remove his shoes before going up the white carpeted stairs. He beat me up the stairs and turned the corner to the thermostat. After looking at the thermostat, he asked "how do you operate it". He then turned it down to a lower degree and pulled out his cell and called someone. He then turned to me and said, "you will need 2-4 lbs of freon or replace the unit, what do you want me to do"? Standing there spellbound as to how he diagnosed my system in 30 seconds by just turning down the thermostat and arrive with such a resolve. I then asked "how did you come to that conclusion and all you have done is turn down the thermostat"? He responded, "my partner is outside by the unit". By now, his partner was coming through the front door and he was asked to remove his shoes. Matt repeated his question "what do you want me to do add the freon or replace the unit". I answered, "I will pass and I will replace the unit". Obviously, I was not born yesterday or last night whereas not having some level of intelligence would be of significance. He then hurriedly/quickly went down the stairs and said he is going to get the invoice for his visit. When he came in, I met him at the top of the stairs and just as he was about to hand me the invoice, I said to him"after owning my own successful business for over 38 years now, I always find it difficult to deal with people like you". He asked "what do you mean"? I responded "you attitude from you came to my door". He turned and said "I don't have time for this". He then hurried/quickly down the stair and said "you just got a free visit". The communication between us was limited to the aforesaid. What a way to run a business!! His partner appeared to be the individual who came out 2-years ago and added 1- lb of freon to my unit, he was very cordial and communicated well, he also gave me a quote to replace the unit which I was considering based on the outcome of this visit. I can only assume that due to this summer and the demand for air condition service is high, Matt being the owner, can foolishly be selective as to his reaction/behavior to customers. Multiple reputable vendors/providers are available in the surrounding area, of which I am reviewing. Matt may needs to review his P/R and communication skills. His displayed level of intelligence lacks the integrity of a business owner. Also, an understanding that "the dollar is still green despite the payer"!! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
