Hi Everyone, What…read morereally terrorises a man? "Honey the dryer has an error code and stopped working, and I have a load of wet wash in it." What do I do, I don't know what dryer codes mean. I don't have any diagnostics devices I can use and even if I did, I don't know what the mean. What to do, what to do? Yea, you're the honey man, so you gotta get it fixed or no honey. And my day was going so well today too. Here's your fix, Mr. Fixit! Call Charlene at Ulgy Duct Cleaning who we have used for years at two different homes. Their name may say "Ugly" by that is nothing compared to the mood your Honey will be in if Mr. Fixit, doesn't "get 'er done". lol When you're in trouble, with your code, and you have no idea what it means, or what to do, Miss Charlene does! I called in the afternoon, and they were at our home at 9:00 AM the next morning because we needed it yesterday. I am not stating here that they can always respond that quickly. However, this time, they did in our case. Derek, their technician was out and done by 9:45 AM after completing a very thorough serving and lint removal from our dryer duct. What I enjoyed the most about their very efficient service is Derick climbing up on our roof to remove the lint from the breather duct going through the top of our roof of our home, and then taking a couple of minutes to show me how much lint he extracted from the roof duct and from our duct at the dryer vent. He then replaced the flex duct from the back of our dryer, connecting to the the bottom of the breather duct rising up through the roof. Derick stated that the dryer installation delivery teams always install inexpensive, non-flex duck that will crack, and eventually develop a hole leaving your dryer tint on the floor. He didn't say it, but I am, this is a home fire hazard you need to avoid to stay safe. Derick then installed a much more flexible duct connecting the back of our dryer vent to our homes Dryer breather duct. Finally, Derick made a recommendation to me based on the amount of lint he removed, if you should have your dryer duct serviced every year, or every six months. In our experience, Derek was polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and was very patient with his explanations, and is a pleasant communicator. So if you like your honey, Honey, we have a recommend you call Charlene at Ugly Duct Cleaning when next you hear from your Honey about a dryer code. We are so glad we did. Enjoy!

I was extremely happy with the professionalism, value and service from both Keith, the owner, and…read morehis two employees, Justin and Justin, who cleaned and sanitized the ducts in our large home today. Justin and Justin were wonderful and were personable, informative and experienced. They came during the Covid-19 pandemic and wore masks and gloves to minimize exposure. They not only cleaned and sanitized the ducts, but also cleaned the outside vents and vacuumed thoroughly before they left. The quote I'd been given by Keith was right on the money, with no hidden extras. I'd called a competitor who was recommended by our HVAC service and this competitor recommended maybe not cleaning the ducts, but just sanitizing for $800, while Duct Cleaning Experts charged only $75 for the sanitization process. The competitor's rate for the full service would have been $900 more than Duct Cleaning Experts. . We saw the before and after photos of our ducts and the amount of debris extracted. My husband and I were both very pleased with the level of service and professionalism we received and would highly recommend Duct Cleaning Experts to anyone.

My Moms House was built in the 50's and I don't think the ducts had ever been cleaned. She remarked that not only was there less dust in the air and on the furniture but she couldn't believe how much better she felt immediately following the cleaning. Great Company, I recommend them to all my Friends.

The inspector came to do her evaluation and buyer came back with their repair requests. One of the items was to service the HVAC unit and fix any issues found. Our realtor recommended Service Emperor (SE), so we gave them a call. - Evaluation - Wow, were they fast! After we got off the phone with our realtor in the am, she called them to make an appointment. They were available to come out later that afternoon to do the initial evaluation of the work that needed to be done. This company is pretty high tech! They sent me a text message from the technician, Josh, introducing himself, stating he was on his way and a link to his GPS location that indicated his ETA in live time with a pic of himself attached. You know who to expect, no surprises. Josh was great! He did a full evaluation, made the recommendations which he separated item by item. There were really pricey items for simple fixes like leveling the HVAC unit, but he suggested that if we wanted to go through the trouble, we could save the money and do it ourselves (like lifting the unit, shoveling gravel underneath and putting a leveler until it's level). We appreciated his advice and did just that for the minor issue, but agreed to get the big job done by them. Note that if you call them out to do an initial inspection, there is a fee, but if you agree to do the work they find that needs fixing, they'll waive the fee. Josh had an iPad with him, took pics of every detail and sent us a detailed evaluation with pics attached. - The Main Job - The repairs and full servicing of the unit was done the following week. Josh had come out on Friday. There was a bit of a miscommunication in scheduling the follow up appointment to get the big job done. Called their office on Monday and spoke to the Office Manager and she got us scheduled in a couple of hours. The start time of the appointment is a two hour window, but they showed up closer to the 2 hour mark. This time, Corey and Kenneth came out to do the job. Same as Josh, they sent a text in the same fashion, intro, name, link to GPS tracking and a pic of themselves. They arrived promptly and spent a few hours working on the unit. At the end, they drafted up the invoice, attached the pics and was emailed the invoice on the spot. No nonsense guys, very courteous, did the work efficiently, packed up and left! They also included in their report that they checked that the unit was level and included the pics to the report so we could provide that as proof to the buyers. - Notes - *Woman-owned and veteran-owned! *They provide a military discount, which is never expected but always appreciated! Thank you, SE! - COVID-19 Observations - They are taking serious precautions! First, they are masked up AND they put hospital booties over their work boots when entering our home and diligently took them off when exiting and putting them on again when entering. They had to do this quite a few times getting material in and out of the house. I'm sure that is annoying and I know they have to keep their work boots on for safety and liability, but the fact that they were so considerate to put them on warmed this Korean girl's heart with a strict no shoes policy in the home! (Josh did the same). *Clarification: I was a little confused with the Icebound gear on the techs in the photos, but it looks like the company rebranded to Service Emperor. Well, that's one big item off the repair request list, so thanks SE, for getting it done! The guys were top notch! One step closer to closing on this house and getting out of dodge... Savannah!
