They were two hours late but said it was because they got held up at another job so I unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt. A couple months later it was time to get our 2 tanks emptied again, so I made an appointment, the day came and no one showed up. I called and they said I had the wrong date, they were coming the next day, I agreed (even though I had it in my calendar and knew I was right). The next day no one showed up... "SHOCKER" (insert exaggerated voice). When I called I was told that they blew a tire and would not be able to make it out. I asked them to call me towards the end of the day so that we could set up an appointment for the next day. No call...no email...nothing. I was renovating the property and asked him to assess any problems with the septic line. He was adamant that I needed repairs and improvements. We agreed upon a price for materials and labor. I wrote him a check. He gave me a receipt. I never saw him again. Of course I called several times, but suddenly his wife had health problems due to a "bad accident" and he had so many commitments on his time; however he never volunteered anything as crass as a refund.
