We have been without an automatic dishwasher since February 2025. I have had multiple companies (A-Appliance Repair, etc., ) come out here and charge hundreds of $ to tell me our 14 month old LG dishwasher could not be repaired. I have made several calls to LG Customer Service and found out that the Control Panel was still under warranty. I asked them for a list of companies they recommended in the Cincinnati area. FUSE Appliance Repair was on this list. I called and spoke to Luke at FUSE and gave him some information about our dishwasher. In less than 12 hours he gave me the part number and everything I needed to provide to LG. The part ( the control panel) arrived at FUSE and Luke called to schedule an appointment. Sergei came out with new control panel and in less than 15 minutes he had our dishwasher going again. There was a $150 service charge, but that was nothing compared to the companies who came out here, charged me hundreds of dollars, and did NOTHING! I don't know about other brands, but if you have LG products that need repaired, you don't need to call any other repair company!. In fact, if I have a problem with another brand's products, the first call I will make is to FUSE. Thank you Luke and Sergei! Needed a dishwasher repaired and Sergei with Fuse came right out and diagnosed the problem and did a workaround until the part was ordered and installed. Sergei came back with the new part and installed it several days later. It cost about $275 total. Fuse just saved me thousands of dollars. I had another company tell me my furnace needed to be replaced, so I called Fuse just to get a second quote.
