The motor has not even been wiped off and did not look like it had even been taken apart. I suspect they just filled the fluid and moved on. I called about it, and they admitted they did not check if the repair had been successful because they were too busy. They had my mower for three weeks and I am back to square one, minus some money. This company does a large volume of work and they are shorthanded; go elsewhere if you don't want to waste your time and money.

I tested it before leaving the store and it worked fine. Of course, when I went to use it at home, it didn't start. I called Rental World and less than 15 minutes later a truck pulled up with another plate compactor -- I couldn't believe how quickly they responded. I've compared prices and selection with Home Depot's rentals and typically end up renting from Rental World. I wish they were open on Sunday. If you want rent something for a weekend-long project, you'll need to rent it for the entire weekend and then return it Monday morning.

If you're looking for inoperable equipment and a Nazi-like owner, this is your place to go! The rest of the workers are relatively nice. I had several questions I wanted to ask the owner and she told me she can't help me. The place is in a horrible location. You cant even get there when you search on google maps because the section of Bethlehem Pike is a one-way street.

We had 2 areas that needed to be regraded - around our shed where we had a low spot and 3-6 inches of water would pool in heavy rain, and around our bilco doors which would pool and leak in heavy rain. The work was done in a day + 1 hour the next, after which we got some heavy rain to test it out. No water pooled and inside the bilco doors was bone dry.
