Not just once over and over. I couldn't believe I was sitting in a professional medical setting being spoken to that way. It was uncomfortable, humiliating, and honestly baffling. I was literally stuck in the chair while someone who is supposed to be a healthcare professional acted like I was a joke. By the end, I walked out feeling worse than when I walked in. A dental office should make patients feel safe, respected, and cared for not embarrassed. During my appointment I felt all of those things. I returned twice between July and October and was only told the tooth needed filing and to try Sensodyne - no further evaluation was done. I eventually sought a second opinion, where X-rays showed the filling was not sealed properly and decay had not been fully removed. The filling had to be redone, and I later needed an emergency root canal after my bottom molar died and caused a systemic infection. I will now also need a root canal on the top molar. Neither tooth caused issues before the original fillings. I've been a patient here since childhood, but this experience has cost me over $4,000 and months of pain. I do not trust the quality of care and cannot recommend this office.

She explained everything clearly, checked on me constantly, and worked with such a calm confidence that I never felt nervous for a single minute. The procedure itself was quick, comfortable, and far easier than I expected. What really stood out, though, was how genuine she is -- she treated me like a person, not just another appointment on the schedule. It's rare to find a specialist who is both incredibly skilled and truly caring, but Dr. Stein is exactly that. If you need a root canal and you're dreading it, go to her. I have not visited them since 2019-I called and emailed several times no one returned my calls. In March I finally posted a review. Dr. Stein himself called me after seeing the. review. He asked me to take it down and he would "handle": my bill that he would make sure it was cleared up and that the bill would be cleared and make sure that I owed nothing. Forward to today.
