I have not visited them since 2019-I called and emailed several times no one returned my calls. In March I finally posted a review. Dr. Stein himself called me after seeing the. review. He asked me to take it down and he would "handle": my bill that he would make sure it was cleared up and that the bill would be cleared and make sure that I owed nothing. Forward to today. I trusted the owner of this establishment Took down my review. He did not own up to his promise of deleting what his billing department said I "owed" I have since moved (been divorced since 09) I got a bill in the mail that only tooik 200 off the bill then I got another bill for my ex husband (he has not moved in more that 20 years) at my new address with the full amount Dr. Stein said he would delete because I do. not owe it period. My ex husband does not owe it either. So I called three times no one supposidly gave the doctor the message so I went in yesterday. Dr stein said I have patinent and I am busy this weekend can I call you next week. I he said "trust me" I did and you failed. The procedure itself was quick, comfortable, and far easier than I expected. What really stood out, though, was how genuine she is -- she treated me like a person, not just another appointment on the schedule. It's rare to find a specialist who is both incredibly skilled and truly caring, but Dr. Stein is exactly that. If you need a root canal and you're dreading it, go to her. I got a filling about a year or two ago. During the process, the drill that Dr. O was using…read morescratched off enamel on the corner of the tooth right above the tooth she was filling. Her dental hygienist must have noticed it because she looked at her concerned but Dr. O just shook her head and no one said anything. My mouth was numb and I felt the vibration on the tooth that she scratched when it happened but didn't pursue it because I didn't feel any pain and didn't realize what exactly happened. It wasn't until after the filling when the numbing agent wore off that I felt the chip (with my tongue) and pain in the tooth. I was a shy teen when it happened and regrettably didn't speak up for myself. I'm now in the process of finding a new dentist who can fix the problem that Dr. O caused.

However, their new manager, Jennifer is not. She informed me that she has only been there only three weeks, was on overload, and wasn't there last year when this occurred. Of course, that doesn't mean the debt is absolved. I didn't understand her thinking about that..it makes no sense. Then, I suggested I come in. She said you can come in all you want but no one can help you. What? Then why take my information if no one can help me? In my personal experience, the hygienist's attitude flipped out of nowhere. Instead of maintaining the same kindness she began with, she started mock what I would say and ask condescending question . Not just once over and over. I couldn't believe I was sitting in a professional medical setting being spoken to that way. It was uncomfortable, humiliating, and honestly baffling. I was literally stuck in the chair while someone who is supposed to be a healthcare professional acted like I was a joke. By the end, I walked out feeling worse than when I walked in. A dental office should make patients feel safe, respected, and cared for not embarrassed. During my appointment I felt all of those things. In my opinion, the behavior I experienced was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning, and I'd strongly suggest anyone who values basic courtesy think twice before booking an appointment here. ABSOULUTLEY UNBELIEVABLE!!
