DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give negative starts I would. We took our Polaris here and were quoted over $8000 in repairs. They said a new transmission was needed in addition to other parts. They charged us $575 just for them to pull everything apart and look at it. We decided to get a second opinion elsewhere and are so thankful we did!! The other place ended up fixing what was broken and we only paid $500 for everything. The other company said Georgetown Motorcycle Repair would have replaced perfectly good parts if we had listened to them. Do not go to Georgetown Motorcycle and Repair unless you want to spend thousands of dollars unnecessarily. read more

Kenneth did a great job on fixing my Polaris Crew. He was honest, up front, and too the point on what it needed. It was nice dealing with the owner directly and he got my bike out quickly and its been running great. He even washed it down, and stayed behind so I could come after work to pick it up. Extremely pleased with work and service! Took bike in to replace brake and transmission fluid. Work took an hour or two and they were nice enough to give me a lift downtown while I waited. There aren't a lot of motorcycle shops in Georgetown. Glad I found these guys. read more

This guy had my bike for 10 months. I called and left messages (34 to be exact) and never received a single reply. He said it's because his phone isn't working. His business phone has been not working for 10 months and he didn't know until today. Sure...that's believable. I'd go by the shop but it was always closed. Finally, I went by one day and woke up the guy who lives in the storage bin in the parking lot. He said he didn't know anything about anything but called and got Kenneth to answer on the first ring. I finally got my bike yesterday. It runs worse than when I took it in. Kenneth then said it needs a part and he could get it and fix it by next week ( 10 months later ?). I told him no that I'd take it somewhere else at which point he began acting very aggressively and yelling about all the reasons why he had it so long and how none of it was his fault. " His wife was sick, he's tired, it's hot outside, he couldn't find any parts, etc...wah wah wah. " I've had it back less than 24 hours and now it won't start at all. Of course this is not his fault either. Neither of the 3 guys standing around were wearing masks even tho it's a state ordinance. I will be making a formal complaint about that on Monday morning. I've been doing business with him for over 10 years. Today I said, "I don't know what's up with you lately." He jumped straight to " I'm NOT on drugs." Quite a kneejerk....no one said anything about drugs but that response is pretty telling. Do yourself a favor and take your bike to Relic Iron in Hutto. You'll be glad you did read more

This place is a freaking joke do not do business with this place not only can they not fix anything in a timely manner they will break more parts on your bike and theyll add to bill...3 hrs for a stator is something my 10 yr old ca do in 1hr...they tore apart my rhs control wlhich was new now its unusable theyve left my bike dissassembled..lost pulsars gaskets and kenneths expert opionion on other bike was a very expensive cdi he said w 100% confidence was why..guess what ...its not..so since they dont communicate w customers when asked ill likely be eating that unnecessary cost as well...WORST EXLERIEMCE WORST SHOP WORST TECHS..THIS PLACE IS A DAMN SHAME FOR.OTHER SHOPS TO HAVE AROUND...SEPT 13 TO NOV 14 FOR STATOR AND HE SAYS 8 HRS...STILL NOT FIXED ..INSAY THAT JUST SHOWS YOUR KNOWLEDGE..NOTHING IMPRESSIVE...NOTHING GAINED....IF U WANNABGET SCREWED OVER IGNORED AND DRIVE THERE TO BABYSIT AND WORK ON YOUR BIKE WHEN THEY FAIL TO DO ANYTHING THEY PROMISE GO AHEAD AND BE WARNED.....THERES A GRAVEYARD OF BIKES IN THERE ..MAYBE THE OWNERS DIED WAITING...e won't communicate with you and will try to add in things that you didn't authorize them to do their loose parts and they'll sit there and say all sorts of things besides an answer....shop including Kenneth car was okay but Carl quit can't talk to you good luck read more
