When we picked it up it was like a new car inside. We where so impressed that we took our 2018 Flex in and had it detailed inside and out. The car looks and smells brand new. However, when I got home and checked my car I noticed that the car wash missed several spots including the back windshield. Yes, they offer another wash in 48 hours, but I don't have time to go back there and sit in line again in hopes that they hit those missing spots the second time. Update: Management reached out and made the situation right. I went back for another try and the wash was much better. My first visit must have been an off day, so I'm glad I went back to give them another opportunity.
