This place has gone from 24/7 to "Good luck figuring it out." I've been a paying member for years, and now every visit feels like a scavenger hunt. Is it open? Closed? Closing early? Delayed? Spin the wheel. I've wasted more trips than I care to count, driving over only to find out... nope, not today. It used to be the best car wash around. Now it's becoming a case study in how to make loyal members question their life choices. Somewhere a competitor is looking at this and saying, "Let's just tell people when we're open." Revolutionary. The kicker? An employee told me members can still get to the vacuums by driving through the EXIT lane. Apparently, the official traffic plan is to hope you don't meet someone coming the other way. Nothing says "customer experience" quite like a complimentary game of head-on chicken after realizing you can't wash your car. I've been to a couple of car washes in Cincinnati and this place by far blows all of them away. Including Mike's Car Wash. It's one of the best! The pricing is reasonable. The cheapest is the basic car wash which is $10.00. I got the next one up which cost $16.00. It washes the wheels and underneath the car which it needed it because of the salt accumulated. If you have a windshield wiper in the back, they cover it. The car wash was detailed and went over it twice. The blower to dry the car was strong. After you are done, there is a station to vacuum which is Free! Not a lot of places offer that and also complimentary towels and spray to wipe down your car. This is my going to be my go to for car washes. My friend swears by this place so that's why I checked it out. Now I am raving about it too! read more

This was my first visit at this spot and won't be the last! I got the basic $10 wash and then being able to pull into a bay to vacuum, and use their cleaning products & cloths to clean the inside was great. I did have to wait at least 10 minutes for a vacuum spot (went at lunchtime on a Friday) so just expect that if it's busy- people were really going to town cleaning and spent a lot of time in the bay. My car wasn't very dirty inside so I did what I needed to do in about 15 min as I had an appointment to get to. Using their vacuums is way more efficient than fighting with a weak shop-vac at home. I pushed my luck! I have known 2 friends to get their car damaged at this wash and carriage house refused to call back, help, report or do anything. Well- today was my turn. I had never had any issues here, I like that it's clean, quick, and vacuum/ cleaning towels are included. HOWEVER- the manager working and the customer service was absolutely terrible. I pulled right out of the wash and an employee saw my sunroof seal flapping and tried to help. He told me to fill out a report. I filled out a report and asked the process for getting it fixed/ repaired and the manager actually held his hand up in my face and said they will have management review it and let me know. He actually drove off mid conversation in front of customers (great impression) I asked who the insurance carrier was that would be handling the claim/ who I should expect a call from. And he said I actually shouldn't expect a call because I can't prove it happened in their car wash and they wouldn't be fixing it. It was incredibly rude. I was honestly stunned and was left standing in the lot by myself with no confidence in this place at all. I drove off with a flapping piece of rubber and left to figure it out myself bc they refuse to turn damages into insurance or even try to listen/ help. They just hold up their hands and say good luck. The free vacuums are NOT worth it. read more

Avoid at all costs and stick with the reliable and friendly Mikes Car wash. Myself and two other friends have all had issues after going through this wash and thy take no responsibility and are rude when trying to simply understand the process to have any issues remedied. The issues were all on stock vehicles 2020 and newer and have been relatively similar. The dryer has blown factory seals off the vehicle numerous time and the other was a rear wiper motor that was destroyed. The manager was extremely rude and unpleasant and impossible to deal with. I would recommend never visiting this place. Needless to say I will never be back. read more

Want a huge scratch and have no one give a..... this is your place!!! After the 1st time I went through this place my car had a huge scratch that was obviously from a machine and was not there before entering, I noticed it as I was vacuuming. Went in and talked to someone. She deferred to someone sitting next to her, manager? He spoke so low and with out any interest in helping like a sulking preteen. Said fill this out and we will watch the film to see if the scratch was there before you went in. Said expect it to take a few days. Emailed me and said our machine is not capable of doing that. So I asked if the video showed the scratch and no response. After reading he reviews it happens often. Horrible customer service. What a chump dump!!! read more

We have had a terrible experience with their customer service/front office. It takes them at least 24 hours to get an answer about anything. We followed their directions, and they refused to refund our money from the membership plans. Once they get your card information it is hard to cancel your membership plan. When we brought it to their attention and explained it to them, and they said sorry about our luck. We hopefully have it cancelled, I will see next month. Their machines also damaged my car. They did eventually pay for the repairs, but I had to continually stay after them as they never returned my calls when they said they would. It several weeks and several calls/contact to get this company to do anything that they should do. Sad. read more

stay far away from this place. if your car gets damaged they tell you to fill out a form. then they will review it .they never got back to me stopped in 10-25-19. talked to someone claiming to be an owner was told the owner who is incharge of claims has been on vacation. it has been almost two weeks. he also tthe same guy that told me that it would only take 48hrs to get an answer.i find it amazing with all the cameras they have. and a lap top. the person onsite can not review footage. read more
