Cars were being cleaned out of order, it felt like the staff didn't know what was going on, and clearly they didn't really care. When I got my car back the interior vacuuming was haphazard at best. The fact that it was the first really gorgeous weekend day in months and it wasn't super busy should have been an indication. Not sure that I'll be going back. It's too bad. This step was missed. I had traveled. So, road dirt and bugs were on the front of the car. I left without checking the car, which they used to invite you to do. When I got home, I took pictures of the car so I could go back on a less busy day and have it cleaned. Monday, I came back and told the man checking cars in what happened on Sat. He said I would get an exterior car wash. Put my flashers on and proceed through the car wash. I did. Anthony, the manager, said I must pay $22 for the car wash, today. Refusing to look at the pictures I took on Sat of the dirt and bugs left on my car, after I paid for "The Works". His answer was that I could have changed the date on my photos. I don't know how to do that. He insisted I pay $22 today! In addition, I had already paid $24 on Sat and showed Anthony my receipt. Yes, I paid the $22 today, $46 total! What has happened to honest and good customer service? I've been coming here since it opened. I knew the faces of the previous owner and other managers and the cashier. They were so friendly. Smiling and saying hi to their regular customers. They liked their job. It's sad the kindness and friendliness isn't there any more.

I gave a $5 tip but should have checked the car first. Before I left the lot, I drove back to the vac station, went inside and asked one of the men inside to look at the carpet. He stated my brand of carpet was hard to clean. I have cleaned it many times and gotten it almost perfectly clean. He did vac a little more on the edge by the door and that helped. Then I started to go back out of the lot and noticed the console hadn't been touched so I went back in and another guy cleaned that. All week long I am seeing different things that had not been touched. When I pulled out the floor mat on the driver's side, it had not been cleaned at all. You could see the outline of dirt where the mat was. I will never go back there again.
