My ONLY complaint about Dekendrick and The Tec Guys was that he was late arriving for the appointment and I had to chase him down to find out where he was and his ETA. Don't get me wrong...Living in Metro Atlanta, I absolutely understand that s--t happens and traffic is constantly, consistently, ridiculous for NO good reason, but a simple phone call, text, e-mail to let me know that he was gonna be late would have been GREATLY appreciated. During grading an electrical line to my barn was nicked. Over time water erosion caused rhe barn to go dark. I talked to Dwayne and his crew have been the only people that have broken ground out there.but he doesn't want to hear that they may have caused that. I will.say he put in a new skimmer and flow line with no expense but those fittings were broken and leaking. I had a fuel leak on the front of my engine. I troubleshot it to a fuel line that was leaking and purchased that and a coolant line that ran with it from the parts department. The parts guy was great and patient because my engine is a 1999 and had to do some digging to find the right lines. Got both lines and came to the conclusion I was not proficient enough to do this myself. Stopped at service on the way out and explained the situation and they told me be back first thing in the morning. Next day truck was in the shop by 8:00 am and everything was wrapped and washed by 11:10. Totally blew my mind!!! Super professional, polite, immaculate facility, and quality workmanship!
