From beginning to end, everyone at Romanoff was wonderful! They kept their word about everything and they checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was going well. Their installer, Joe, did an awesome job installing new kitchen, breakfast room and laundry room flooring for us. He was highly knowledgeable, responsive, polite, considerate about keeping everything clean and organized during the entire process. We have a very large kitchen and breakfast room. Romanoff it is the installer of home depot. It has been a nightmare to get this company to complete carpet installation on the second floor of my house and title a bathroom. The installer of the carpet insist that i signed the documents otherwise he will not start the installation. The installation was schedule for August 18 and 19 2020. The project was reschedule, when the installer finally arrived .The installer was from 11:00 AM to 8.00 PM rushing to complete the job in one day that was schedule for 2 days. They left my house with a project incomplete, the seams of the carpet start separating, did not follow the cutting layout. The project manager reschedule two additional times to come an do the repairs fixes, both days they fail to show up. Today Sep 3, 2020 , I am supposed to wait until wait until Wednesday Sep 9, 2020, when Romanoff project manager will be calling me to re_shedule one more time. I sincerely think Romanoff will never fix/ finish the project. I have open a complaint with home depot coorporate to help with a resolution however, home depot customer support send me back to work directly with the romanoff. Neither Romanoff Renovation nor Home Depot has interest in getting the project finish. read more
