They quoted one price, then charged me significantly more without warning, and when I questioned the charge, they became rude and aggressive. Worse, they started harassing me for payment--sending repeated calls, texts, and even threats over a bill I never agreed to in the first place. I've never dealt with a company so unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. Save yourself the headache. I had the termite service for a year. I made the mistake of requesting a quote for pest control. I said no but after numerous and incessant phone calls from the customer service I was so turned off. I just said I'm not interested and hung up. This business took that to mean that I canceled my termite service. They came to my house and dug caverns in my yard to remove the bait stations. Do not use this service. They're a racket and a scam. They charge too much and they will not replace the big holes that were left in my yard. Don't use this service. Just keep the termites in your home. You'll be better off! read more

Was told I would be contacted and they haven't contacted me by phone, message or letter. You don't want to deal with them. They only treat everybody nicely and with respect.​. Phenomenal Service!! After receiving a weeks worth of outrageous quotes for termite service, I finally came across Northwest. Kyle, came to my home, inspected thoroughly and imformed me that regardless if I chose to go with Northwest or another company that I needed to get my termite issue under control. Kyle made me feel confident in Northwest capability to handle my issue and that he genuinely was concerned; most importantly they weren't attempting to charge me $1800!!!. I received the best quote for not only termite service, but also for pest control. Miguel came and serviced my home for the pest control and he was beyond amazing. Brandon then came the following week to install the termite base stations and I was very impressed with his work. All in all I would definitely use northwest again and refer their business to others. The customer service that Northwest provides is always the best. Everyone really cares about their customers. Since I've started my service with them all my pest problems have gone away and they are always so professional and friendly when they come out for a treatment. My wildlife control specialist Kyle even brings treats for my dog and is always on time! Not only do I have pest control services but they have also pest proofed my gutters and are sealing my crawlspace to optimize my house as well.
