They didn't hold, which is not what I am used to from my former chiropractor. He did not adjust everything that I mentioned and would only do as much as I really insisted needed to be done. His fees are excessive and each body section is an additional fee, rather than a fee for the entire evaluation and adjustment. I wish I'd never walked in.

I happened to be in Villa Rica, I work in Marietta and live in Atlanta so I wasn't going to be a regular patient. Still I was able to get in to Healing Touch. The service was ok, the work did help me slightly (I wish I could give 1.5 stars), the problem was pricing and later excessive billing. The chiropractor wanted to bill my insurance, something I had never dealt with previously with chiropractors. I felt because of this he must have raised his prices, I imagine most health offices have to deal with negotiations with the insurance company so it would make since to jack the price up so they would be able to settle for a profitable fee. Obviously price wasn't discussed until after services were rendered, and it wasn't like I could go any where else because I could barely walk and I was in extreme pain. Turns out the bill was about $100 more than I have ever paid a chiropractor, and I was told I would have to pay then and then my insurance company would reimburse me (all this sounded plausible, I mean, I'm not the one dealing with insurance companies all the time). Well of course my insurance rejected the claim, so I wouldn't get any reimbursement. So I'm like,"whatever, no big deal." Well it turns out, 1.5 years later I might add, I get a bill for an additional $60!!!! Anyhow, I would advise folks to not take this dude's word on billing and insurance, and hopefully you won't be in a situation where you absolutely have to get service at the time of the visit. It would be nice if all health professionals gave estimates (like every other service industry) that way you can at least know you're getting screwed beforehand.

His lovely wife Abby seems to work the office aspect. She helped me with my paperwork and was very kind. It definitely came off as a relaxed ( literally) doctors office where Abby knows everyone! I really loved it. Dr Pete was ready for me by the time I finished my paperwork. I don't exactly know what he did but boy did it help! I'm about to call and schedule my next appointment. I'm a student at the local college and needed help further than what the college health services could provide. I'm so glad I visited Dr Pete.
