Trying to get more money out of me a year later, after they said I owe nothing at my last visit

I am generally not a fan of chiropractic care but Dr. Gary and Dr. Preston Davis made a convert out of me! I was in very bad shape with my lower back and was in incredible pain. Injured in a car accident, I was referred to Dr Davis. My first visit, I was sitting in the lobby in excruciating pain trying to maintain composure, I could hardly move. Dr Davis was walking out of an office and noticed me and said " Are you ok?" " No, I replied" " Don't worry, we will get you better " This was not a canned speech, nor something to get me to pass the time. It was compassion from his heart. I could see it in his facial expression and he meant it. And they did it! My injuries take time, each visit I get better and better. His Staff is amazing and knows you by name when you walk into the office. You wont find a more personable Dr in this line of work anywhere, especially one that cares about YOU rather than a bill. I have been a patient of Dr. Davis for 13 years now. Prior to finding him I had frequent back/neck pain. Now, I just slip by the office and I am all fixed up. He is very knowledgable and personable and really does care about the people he takes care of. (He even personally called me at home to express his condolences after my dad passed away). His staff are like friends to me, very efficient and caring. Dr. Davis was the first person I went to see after my car wreck a few years ago and he treated me like he would a family member. I had insurance issues with them taking their sweet time to pay and he was so understanding with the delay and truly was a God send to me. His cash copay is very reasonable and definitely worth paying, because I feel so much better. Neck/back/knee pain all resolve after a visit to see him. I do not know when I last saw a medical doctor, and I am not against them as I am an RN. I just have no reason to see them. He takes care of me so I feel just wonderful. I started seeing Dr. Davis when I hurt my back while moving into my home. I had been to other chiropractors before for adjustments but never for an injury. After being adjusted by Dr. Davis. The pain was cut in half then after two weeks I was back to 75%. Then within 3 weeks, I had no more pain. I was really worried before going to see Dr. Davis. I had serious pain and as a truck driver when you can't sit down up straight without intense pain you have a serious problem. Dr. Davis and his staff are truly the best of the best. I called at noon and was able to make an appointment before close the same day. I walked in with horrible upper back pain radiating to the front of my chest from moving boxes - I couldn't carry my computer bag, sleep on my side, hold a plank at workout or take a good deep breathe without feeling a sharp pain. After taking X-rays of my upper back, we discovered I had a mild spine curvature. His knowledge of the practice, compassion for his patients, and extensive curated care plans sets him apart from other physicians. I felt 100% better in just 7 days (4 visits). Also, his staff and customer service are wonderful. They utilize email and automatic text messages to schedule/confirm/reschedule appointments and outline cost for the projected care plan during the first visit.
