One item in particular is that steps need to be in the tailgate. The truck that they presented to him as his, didn't have the options he ordered and more specifically, no steps in the tailgate. Leading him to believe it wasn't the truck he ordered, but something similar. He told them he didn't want it. They fussed at him until he agreed to let them add the items to the truck. Once he got the truck home, he realized they'd made a mistake with the tailgate. He had found out the gate was electronic/automatic, which his truck was not equipped to control. The electronic gate weighs at least twice as much as the correct tailgate for the truck. When my uncle asked them to fix it, the General Manager "Screamed at him" "I'm not putting another dime in that truck" I contacted Ford Customer Service in Detroit and they said they could force an independent dealer to do anything, but they could call to verify the truck has the correct tailgate. I waited on hold while the CS Rep made the call. When she got back on the line with me. She said when she mentioned my uncles name, the receptionist got foul mouthed with her and told her she was taking up her phone lines and hung up on her. This has not been resolved yet. When this review comes down, it's been fixed.

They told him they were just looking and not interested in getting any hits on their credit. He told them that at their age keeping good credit wasn't necessary. Without them signing ANY concent, he went ahead and pulled their credit. They called and spoke to the manager, Jack Barbour, who told them he couldn't do anything about it bc he didn't pull it. This is a violation of the FCRA. We will be pursuing this... Either for deletion or in court. They cannot provide ANY SIGNED permission to have pulled a credit report.

Compared to other places I've dealt with which did sub-par work, had massive delays, or impossible schedules Stallings has always been able to see my vehicle quickly, and do highest-quality work with great turnaround. If you are in the greater Tallahassee-Thomasville area and need service on your Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge, I cannot recommend Stallings highly enough. Only caveat is as of this review, they do not have any EV-certified techs so they cannot work on any EV or hybrids, but they are apparently in the process of getting one of their people certified so hopefully in the near future that will pan out.

I agreed only to wait another 11/2 hours to be told that it needed the compressor replaced another $2185. I spoke with Gary and he said he would allow the total that I paid to go toward the $2185 . I then requested some type of refund but he said because it needed the part anyway he couldn't refund it . I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else . $466 dollars later and wasted 5 hrs of my time the car is the same as It was . If you need a small part or two see Greg in parts. He's extremely nice and knows what it takes for your car. Have your vehicle VIN (vehicle identification number) ready because parts can vary. Nothing beats a genuine Honda part. For sales, I highly recommend Ernie Wyrick. He's a Honda certified salesman and really knows the vehicles. When you buy the car he will introduce you to all the different electronics and how they work. He spent as much time as I desired with me to understand all the nice features of today's vehicles. Flower's Honda is the most inept car dealer I have ever done business with. Our deal included some…read moreaccessories that were to be installed when the service department opened back up. After two weeks of waiting for a phone call to schedule an appointment, I had to call them and set it up. We live about 2 hours from the dealership and were shocked when we arrived and were told they did not remember the deal and those involved were not available at the time. Their "misunderstanding" of our deal could have been communicated on three separate occasions before we made the long trip to/from Thomasville for our appointment to have the accessories installed. This was written down when we were negotiating the deal but the dealership would not provide it to me despite acknowledging they had the file. It took four months of constant phone calls and e-mails to finally get the response that they were sorry for the confusion and would not be installing the accessories. Other shady things about the dealership were: We were told our trade would have to be sold wholesale and there was no way it could be sold on the lot. This was an obvious attempt to devalue our trade however it was displayed prominently on the lot with some very complimentary language on the website when we arrived to have our accessories installed. Their salesman, Kyle, was quick to speak poorly of another Honda dealer in Tallahassee when he found out I had been dealing with them as well. While I appreciated the input at the time, I'm sure my experience there could not be any worse than the one at Flowers. When I inquired about an extended warranty I was quoted a price of $1500, this amount was what I was taking into consideration during the negotiations, but on our paperwork the warranty's actual cost was $1100. The negotiated purchase amount took into consideration an $8k payoff on our trade. Our actual payoff was less than that amount and I had to correct that information when we were signing our paperwork. When their finance manager asked Jason about this he stated he was "planning to put that in his pocket." I would encourage anyone buying a vehicle to steer clear of this dealership. Based on my experience, their staff, management, and ownership's interest in the customer ends after the sale.

Alvin sent in the wrong form so our warranty wasn't even valid. So now that I've called to inquire about our warranty they have rejected us because they say a pre-existing mechanical issue since he sent in the wrong form. Here it is end of day on September 30th & we still do not have a tag or title. Alvin just keeps saying they should have it. Come to find out he didn't even send it off until September 9th. So even if the motor wasn't blown she couldn't legally drive it with no valid tag. STAY AWAY FROM BT SALES! Smooth talk but its all lies! Alvin & BT Sales gives used car dealers a bad name, how ironic is that!!??
