In the Summer the AC is always cranked down, but be sure they keep the door closed so as not to let any air out. Don't forget your gear! Bring a sweater and rain jacket. Yes - a towel may be wise to pack as well. I was hoping there would be food trucks and entertainment for the kids, but you will have to make do with a vending machine. No drip or French press coffee. I heard rumors of a Starbucks going in 2020!! I took someone to get their license and although we learned some rules were changed, we had a great visit. The person helping us could not answer our question, so she got the supervisor; Ms. Craig. Ms. Craig was so amazing!!!!! She was patient, informative, kind, helpful, and overall a joy to talk to and be around. Ms. Craig makes me want to gather up all the young people in my neighborhood and take them to get licenses and permits. She was so nice!!!!! If you are expecting to get attitude and rude behavior when you go to this DDS office, then you'll be disappointed. Everyone here was nice. Ms. Craig takes pride in her staff (I heard her talking to employees and there was so much respect) and it shows in their performance. The office was calm and quiet and everything I saw was professional and above board. I was highly impressed.
