The fee for each tag was $20.00 for a total of $40.00. I was appalled that there would be no refund on the tax fees paid after just 2 months of renewal. My calculations indicate a refund owed me of $33.33 to reimburse the tax fees that are designed to last for a full year. My opinion is, that the tag office is stealing tax money on our unused tag fees. I am hoping this can be resolved as I was placed on hold for over a half hour waiting for a supervisor to discuss this with further. Eventually realized that I may just be on hold all evening. Quite an operation you have going on there Gwinnett County Tag Office!

Ms. Craig was so amazing!!!!! She was patient, informative, kind, helpful, and overall a joy to talk to and be around. Ms. Craig makes me want to gather up all the young people in my neighborhood and take them to get licenses and permits. She was so nice!!!!! If you are expecting to get attitude and rude behavior when you go to this DDS office, then you'll be disappointed. Everyone here was nice. Ms. Craig takes pride in her staff (I heard her talking to employees and there was so much respect) and it shows in their performance.
