From the initial call to the quote being delivered I learned so much about insurance I never knew…read morebefore. Great service anytime I need anything! Thank you Eddie and Staci for taking care of my insurance needs!

Unfortunately, I am looking for a new agency this year. I bought my Travelers Insurance…read morehome/auto/umbrella policies here since 2020, but I will not return. My homeowners premiums increased in 2025 by 40% with no explanation or concern from Atlas. In July of 2025 I received a notice letter from Travelers notifying me that my homeowners policy would renew in August 2025, but the deductible for hail/storm damage claims was increasing to $2,500.00. Presumably this was due to hail damage roof claims in my area. The next month I became aware of hail damage to my roof and filed my first ever homeowners claim. Travelers denied the claim due to "wear and tear" ignoring photographs of hail damage. Travelers has now denied my appeal of the claim even with a public adjuster and an independent report showing multiple areas of hail damage. Several other homes in my neighborhood have had recent roof replacements due to hail damage. Other companies covered those claims on roofs the same are as mine. At the follow-up inspection for my claim appeal, the adjuster said he would "try to get it right this time" to get my claim approved. It was promptly denied again claiming vague "wear and tear" excuses. From my work expertise in the insurance industry, I know that brokers/agents can assist with claims if they want to help and keep your business. Atlas Insurance has taken no action to assist with this claim or support me in any way. They just assume they will continue to get my business and couldn't care less about my claim when I actually need coverage. Because I filed this valid claim that was denied in bad faith by Travelers, I will now be required to replace my roof out of pocket before I can change insurance carriers (and brokers) later this year. I have also never received some of the policy premium discounts that I was promised when I signed up with Atlas in 2020. Hopefully other people have experienced better treatment and service from Atlas and Travelers.

I can not praise Laura and her team enough. We usually work with Dawn, who is an angel. I have had State Farm Insurance for I believe almost 3 years and never had an issue until I wanted…read moreto switch. I called the office to see if they could match or meet what i would be paying elsewhere but they could not so i let them know i would be switching company. When i spoke to Cheyenne she kept me on hold to ask other employees and i am assuming to check the computer to verify. She then come back to me and stated as long as I came by and signed a form that i would not be charged the $96.41. I arrived around 12:45 Friday afternoon to sign said form and it took them about 10 mins to find the form and print it out. Again i verified i would not be charged and again it was stated no since I came in before midnight Friday at which i did! Fast forward to Tuesday of the following week and i get a email from my bank that my acct is overdrawn and so i call the company to ask why they pulled the money after i signed a form. And the office manager said it wasn't signed soon enough even though her staff assured me. So then i ask for them to cover my overdraft since they took money out they were not suppose to and she said no they will not do that. I the consumer did what i was suppose to per the staff on Friday yet they still took out money. So beware, insurance part was good but the staff is misleading for sure.
