This place is gorgeous. From start to finish I walked 1.75 miles. The trail is clean nothing you…read morehave to step over and no trash thrown all over the place. There are signs posted along the way about snakes and wildlife. Thankfully I didn't run across any. My pictures would have a blur from me running. There are pavilions to rent, a baseball field, and a water area they call the beach. Along the trail are restored houses, a red barn, a jail, barbershops, clothing store, and a feed store. (Not open) just on display from previous settlers. If you love outdoors and a little history this park is a must see it is also fur baby friendly.
