Scheduling the appointment was equally as easy. They were able to accommodate my wife and I's busy schedule, the sellers still occupying the house, and the fact that we were only going to be passing through town to be present! All that being said, it still gets down to the inspection, and they certainly exceeded all of our expectations. Clint did a wonderful job, taking pictures of every issue found, discussing them in detail with us, and even recommending some contractors he knew that would do a solid job fixing them. As someone who didn't know what was important and what wasn't important, I feel like he did an amazing job helping us through understanding each of the issues found (and told us to call if we had questions down the road). In addition, I feel like he found absolutely every issue the house had. The sellers, who are friends of ours, even remarked that they wish they would have used him to inspect the property when they had bought it! To top it all off, the price was exceptionally reasonable for the level of service we received. We trusted them so much, we asked them to reinspect the property after the seller made the repairs - and again they exceeded our expectations. They were accommodating with the schedule, thorough, and very reasonably priced. Overall, this business is a shining example of outstanding customer service, exceptional quality, and fair pricing. If we ever buy another house in the Middle Georgia area, they will be our first and only call.

They broke the stalks off of multiple potted plants, they trampled my wildflower garden, and they crushed my other flowers. The workers also broke one of my flower pots (and tried to hide it), shattered one of my garden statues, and left dirt all in the pool. They also left trash and roof debris everywhere. I've been finding wrappers, shingles, and nails all over. Not only is that nasty, but I have dogs that run around in the backyard, I can't have nails out there. While I'm happy they are compensating me for what was trashed, I still can't just go get those flowers back. I had grown them from seed and they were just starting to bloom. Very, very disappointed with how careless and unprofessional the workers are.

As apart of the maintenance and upkeep of the drain system, Jeff came back out this week (July 2025) and checked to ensure everything is still working properly on my system. He thought he could fix the issue for me. Keep in mind, he's telling me his son is really bad sick. I believe what he said. He even called me a couple of days later to ask me what all I had that was a power draw from the house, like dryer, hot water tank, etc. He said he was prepared to do it but only waiting for a price. Very nice guy. He was someone who enjoyed talking. He was a good conversationalist and I didn't mind talking with it. I did have to let him go as I had an appointment to keep. That's the last I ever heard of him. Maybe something more serious came up with the health of his son but I'm not sure. Given his attitude, I would have thought that if he had to leave to take care of his son that he'd at least call and let me know he couldn't do the job as he'd planned. He knew I had no heat in the house other than a fireplace. It was cold. No heat, no hot water, limited in cooking with a camp stove but he just disappeared. I called 14 companies, four came out to look at it and only two offered to fix it. Mr. D. was one of them but then he just disappear without a trace leaving me literally in the dark. He could have called and let me know something. I wouldn't have waited more days to try to find someone. The last guy that came out said he could fix it and at that point, I didn't even ask him how much he was going to charge.
