He let them bust on their own came to therapy 2 days later and notified them about them and they kinda just blew him off telling him sorry that happened to you. Here we are 3 days later and the blisters are infected mind you my husband is diabetic. Talk to Britt and was not impressed with his actions of caring all he said was yeah I been watching them and told me basically the Dr. and 2 nurses were lying the blisters weren't infected but was glad we got antibiotics funny huh Britt also stated he would remind his staff to be careful when putting tens unit on. With Camille's help, he was able to walk and mostly maintain his balance. After he passed away in 2023, I needed some physical therapy so I asked for Optimal and Camille because of the care she had given my husband. She takes time to listen to me and my needs, then acts on what she hears. She is very personable in taking time to share pictures and activities she has with her children and husband. Camille becomes more than a therapist, I consider her a friend whose opinion I value. She has a great and friendly staff from the front office to the other therapists. Because of my results at Optimum with Camille, I recommend her to anyone who might need PT.
