It's smaller on the southbound (east?) side than I expected. Really knowledgeable young man chatted us up as we shopped. The boiled peanuts servings are huge, go small unless you've got a whole family. The peach ice cream is delicious. Fun stop. Super nice people anf you can sample everything! Its a nice little break anf fun stop. Only downfall is bathrooms are in the next door gas station, and they obviously get high traffic. Drawn in by the many billboards northbound on I-95, we swung through on our way south. So disappointing. From 500 yards, you think you're seeing cute ramshackle farmstand kitsch. At ten paces, you realize it's just a plain old dump. The inside is crammed with the usual assortment of jams, jellies, saltwater taffy, peach bread, cider, and fireworks that you find at any Georgia country store -- along with a bonus layer of dirt and grime. Outside, they have produce, including overpriced tomatoes and even more overpriced peaches ($20 for about 14 peaches). The bathrooms are downright repulsive, with overflowing trashcans and filthy everything else. Georgia should be offended that they call this place Georgia Peach World. Trust me when I tell you, you want to stay out of *this* world. read more

This place is amazing! The minute I entered the store I was greeted by the friendly staff and given a sample of the peach slush, which was delicious. Anthony was so friendly and gave us a couple of other samples to try, which were also so good. I bought a bag of pralines and freshly baked chocolate chip cookies(which were the best I've ever had). I also bought a watermelon and some peaches from the guys outside who were also so friendly. I totally recommend this place! Service like this is hard to come by. Stopped here after going by several signs and had to stop in. A real nice bearded gentleman I think his name was Anthony helped us out. He handed my children and I samples of some peach deliciousness, a peach slushy made from the peach cider. So we definitely bought some of that. We also tried praline pecan honey butter and wow it's heaven in every bite!!! They had peach ice cream it was to do die for. We even were able to make our own peanut butter. The kids loved this stop and we will definitely be stopping again on our next trip. Plenty of variety and very friendly staff. Worth the quick stop by. read more

Peach world has fresh peaches out front, jams, peach moonshine, wines, fudge, pecans, taffy,pecan butter, and all the Georgia related goods you'd want to take home. I was convinced by all the billboards to make a stop here on my way out of Georgia. Don't be fooled! It's not a big place. It's a small store next to a gas station off I-95. This was a tourist trap, but a nice diversion from our long road trip. I LOVED the peach slush sample and bought one for the road. I bought some cider after sampling to have in our hotel room. I know the kiddies will love the reminder of our stop. Lots of sweets and friendly workers. They probably used more wood on the signs leading up to it than they used on the building but it was not a bad place to pull over and spend a little time and money. read more

If there was a zero star rating I would give it because it was horrible and the employees were awfully mean. we came 10 minutes before closing time and when we asked for a different basket they refused and were getting agitated for some reason and start arguing with us. One of the sales persons kept on arguing with us as we were leaving the place and the price for the peaches were overpriced. They treated us horribly. I hope the managing team of this company can get better so they can teach the employees better and how to treat the customers read more

We stopped off at Georgia peach world on our way home from Florida, and were not disappointed. We were greeted with smiles, and abundance of samples and great customer service. The young man at the stand outside went above and beyond to sell us on his peaches, with an enthusiastic attitude and his promptness in cutting samples we just couldn't say no to purchasing a basket. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The peaches I purchased were a BIG disappointment. They began rotting by day 2, the flavor was no different from store purchased peaches in off season. The oranges were better but not exceptional for the price. I loved the boiled peanuts, the Golden Peach Salsa and Peach shine xxx. It's a nice pit stop if you need to get out of the car. Their jarred products are good, but, stay away from the produce. In my experience, if the fruit stand is passing out samples of their fresh fruit, it's because it sells it. No samples of fresh produce only the products in the store. Need I say more. read more

I stoped by on my way back from North Carolina earlier this week on Tuesday. The multple colorful signs had caught my eye and I love peaches so I made it my mission to stop by on my way back to Florida. It was nothing I imagined it would be.... It was this tiny, unimpressive building tucked away in corner. I honestly expected but I didn't come for the building, I came for goods. My cashier was this young woman named Ashley R. She was very freindly, greeted me with a smile, and was very helpful. She conversated with me as a walked looking at their selection of peach items. She allowed me to sample a few and they were very delicious. I ended up leaving with a bag of pecans but I'm coming back for the peach moonshine. Thanks Ashley. read more

I was a little bummed when they didn't have peaches but the staff was awesome and really helpful and knew exactly what I wanted. He was right, the peach slushee was delicious and worth every penny! I was road tripping from NC to GA and saw a sign for peach wine ---- so of course I had to stop by! As soon as I entered the staff was friendly and eager to have me try their frozen peach cidar, which was delicious. I left with some peach cidar and peach wine. Doug was nice and concerned about making sure I as the customer had a pleasurable experience. I am looking forward to tasting the wine with my friends I was traveling to visit. Theres is a Georgia Peach world on both sides of I95, one is a little bit bigger than the other. You go inside and it's your typical tourist shop. It's a good place to get out and stretch your legs. I opted for the frozen peach cider, which was really good. A medium is 5.99 and it's still pretty small for its size, but it's a souvenir cup so if you return for a refill it costs less. The prices are a little high but I expected it with it being a tourist spot. read more
