The previous time was an experience I will never forget because I had the best Prime Rib experience of my life. This time however was a complete opposite. First, after the salad; which was nothing to write home about, we sat at least for 30 minutes waiting for our Prime Rib, and was then told by our waiter that our order had been "lost". So now we sat for an additional 15-20 minutes until our Prime Rib's appeared. And let me tell you, it wasn't worth waiting for, whatsoever. I had asked for an end-cut medium rare and what I got was more well done than rare. Anyway, I remembered how it previously had melted in my mouth, this time it was pretty tough, not what I was expecting. So, a very disappointing time was had.

It is also probably the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in and always smells good and looks fresh. The food is out of this world and is a city experience in a very small town with nothing else like it .
