He proceeded to try and argue with me and say that he told me he didn't have someone and he would have to find someone and it would take a while and I told him I wouldn't be waiting around if that was the case I could've ordered an Uber or got someone else to pick me up if there wasn't going to be a timeframe on when someone was going to show up to pick me up. He was extremely rude and I do not recommend this service.

I was able to quickly pre-arrange my ride with them online, and Joseph verified everything the night before my scheduled trip. The morning of my scheduled trip, Joseph arrived promptly, in a sparkling clean, comfortable vehicle. I am normally kind of shy around strangers, but he was very kind and funny and professional. He drove extremely safely, and got me to the car lot in plenty of time to complete the purchase of my new car, even going so far as to tell me which route I needed to take on my return trip home.
