Uber and Lyft do not serve the area where I live, but Augusta Cab of Georgia does! I was able to quickly pre-arrange my ride with them online, and Joseph verified everything the night before my scheduled trip. The morning of my scheduled trip, Joseph arrived promptly, in a sparkling clean, comfortable vehicle. I am normally kind of shy around strangers, but he was very kind and funny and professional. He drove extremely safely, and got me to the car lot in plenty of time to complete the purchase of my new car, even going so far as to tell me which route I needed to take on my return trip home. I can't tell you what a relief it is to have access to such a dependable service, when you just moved across country to a completely unfamiliar area. THANK YOU, Joseph. They strive to make everyone's experience top-notch, be it student pilots, customers of the regional airlines, or private owners that home-base here or just pass through. As a student pilot, I find both instructors to be very friendly, helpful, and energetic. They have been very positive toward keeping me progressing and doing the things that will be productive toward obtaining my PPL in the shortest (but safest) amount of time. The admin team is great, super friendly and personable. The line team is awesome. If you're looking to get your private pilot's license, test the waters (air) with an introductory flight, get an aerial tour of the Masters or take a romantic sunset tour, give these guys a call.
