She sent me a series of harassing texts and blew up my phone with calls. The length this woman would go to not do the right thing for a new client over $300 is astonishing. So unprofessional and very poor quality work. She responds with lies about how she offered to fix her disaster, but that's not true. I have the threatening texts and the repeated calls as receipts. It was sent to the credit card company. Only an unhinged person calls the police to intimidate a client posts negative feedback on bad service. That's not how a normal business operate. Krysta specializes in blonding and has done baby lights for me and foils. She also cuts hair and helped me rehab my hair after a different salon really butchered my hair and over processed myI've been completely happy and satisfied with Krysta as my stylist. The salon itself is cute and chic! Very well appointed and a very welcoming atmosphere and ambience. They do carry hair care products and tools, as well as some bespoke clothing items and other small gifts, some of which are handcrafted locally.
