Great place to get coffee. The staff is absolutely amazing. They have small-batch roasted coffees and single-origin coffee and espresso that you can get. Everything is super smooth, not bitter at all, even if you get extra shots. I would recommend going here for a coffee over any chain if you're in the area.

After hearing great things about Georgio's from multiple sources I am happy I finally got to try it today. The coffee tastes very authentic and the macadamia latte was like nothing I had ever tried before! The staff were very sweet and informative when asked about Vietnamese cold brew. I am happy that you can see the coffee beans all over the shop to create the ambiance of true coffee shop feel from Costa Rica, Colombia, etc. P.s. the ice appeared to be filled with coffee to prevent the coffee from getting watery from melted ice. It was a unique and wonderful touch!

Not more can be said about the Iced Latte I had at this little spot out on Long Island. I found it driving by one day a few years ago and popped in. I loved seeing how much it looked like a real roaster house on the inside. This was more of a grab and go spot. Their coffee is beyond words and I so enjoyed this Brazil Bourbon Medium Roast I purchased to brew at home!

Tried their black sesame latte on the spring menu. I was expecting a very nutty tasting coffee since sesame is such a strong flavor but I couldn't taste it. You could see the black specks in the cup but it just tasted like a regular iced latte. Good but not what I hoping for. Service was good and staff is friendly. This is not a place sit and chill inside kind of place, however, they do have one small table and a few chairs outside.

Anytime someone asks "what's your favorite coffee shop on Long Island?", Georgio's always pops up. They're committed to sustainably sourced coffee and are very knowledgeable about their product. The location is more dedicated to bean roasting but they have a grab and go counter for speciality coffee drinks. I've tried two of their seasonal specials: the Golden Eye (an orange cardamom shaken espresso) and the Green Dream (matcha with raspberry and lime). Both were super refreshing and presented their advertised flavors well! If you're not in the mood for a drink, feel free to purchase a selection of their beans, knowing you're also supporting a good cause (they help build housing for displaced farmers in Columbia!)

Excellent coffee all around. Obsessed with their cold brews. A must try if you are near or passing by to head out East.

    A typical doppio: 17gr in, 34gr out.

Great Coffee beans roasted on premise. Although it's located in an unusual spot it is worth the trip.

When you walk-in, you'll be greeted by wonderful staff and a regular coffee shop. Order your coffee, and walk through the door to their lounge. Just magnificent. It's decorated tastefully with antiques, nostalgic items, and dim lighting. There are also paintings and art for sale as the coffee shop is big on promoting local art. My only "complaint" is the coffee may be expensive to others. Truly, I think you get what you pay for and Nautilus is absolutely quality coffee. Do yourself a favor and make the visit!!

I got a latte with toasted marshmallow that was insanely good and I actually ended up going back the next day for a matcha which was honestly one of the best I've had in a long time. The space is huge - totally unassuming. Bonus? Because it's not technically in the village - you don't have to deal with street parking! There's a lot in the building it's in!

I always crave potatoes, for breakfast. So I found this place on Yelp, and it's a neat find. It's really convenient since it's on the way on my commute off the Sunrise highway. Outside it looks kinda shabby, but inside the space is huge for a coffee shop. I ordered the cinnamon dolce cold brew, with a round potato knish. I was kind of confused because I didn't know understand why they had square potato knish, and round potato knishes. But looking at them the square one had a traditional fried outside, while the round one was more less traditional. The server said the round one had a bit more potato in it. So I opted for that one. The cold brew was prepared quickly and she didn't charge me extra for asking to make it with almond milk. It came to $3.50 for a small. The round knish was $3.99. And she gave me a warm tasty one. My total came to $8.14 with tax. I saw the giant spinach pinwheel that look like they're made with pastry dough rather than pizza dough and I definatly want to try them next time!

Pastries, sandwiches and to-go boxes. If your passing by, definitely stop by and try a latte!

The drinks didn't take long to be prepared and were very yummy. I really liked the addition of Lucky Charms marshmallows and whipped cream on top of the latte.
