I moved to Babylon almost a year ago and north Babylon bean is a hidden gem right by my house. The sausage egg and cheese was so good and hit the spot after a night out. My coffee had mocha and coconut syrup, which is my go to. The coffee here is never burnt or okay it's consistently great coffee. This is the scene for coffee in N. Babylon--not Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts. The menu offers a variety of delicious food and drink. All coffee is brewed from the bean, and it is always strong. Hazelnut, French Vanilla, Chocolate Truffle, Coconut are just some of the commonly-brewed beans. My go-to coffee is the Vietnamese-style iced hazelnut coffee. Ryan, the owner, says that he combines half and half with sweetened condensed milk to make the sauce. The drink is so refreshing and delicious, I have been ordering it all summer. My favorite item on the food menu is the avocado toast, which is made with fresh avocado. The portion is always generous. Visited North Babylon Bean Coffee House and was honestly impressed. The coffee is consistently great (their specialty drinks are a must), and the vibe is super cozy. This place is right down the road from my job, and I never even realized it was that close. I was a bit early to work today, so I decided to stop in. I looked at their "special" board and decided on having "Cookie Pop Latte." I don't remember everything that was in it, other than vanilla syrup. It was tasty, a bit sweet...but not super overwhelming. For breakfast, I had an apple cake type thing. I don't remember what it was called. It was very nice and refreshing. Nice pieces of apple. For a medium latte and the apple danish thing, it cost $7.25...which is very reasonable. I will return! read more

Coffee certainly gets a 5 star review - my Americano was strong hot and smooth. Service was excellent with one exception! All were wearing masks and all customers were required to do same, except a gentleman who was managing cash, and talking with customers. He left before I could discuss my concerns. I have never been inside, but I have DoorDash-ed a number of times. I order a coffee and an egg sandwich. Their caramel macchiato is made properly, fresh espresso, a steamed high quality cream, and a dash of caramel. Not the sugar infused option the big box coffee shops are serving, trying to hide burnt grounds. This is the real deal. I am picking about how I like my breakfast sandwiches prepared so even though I order online, I always call in with my preferences. The folks who I speak to are super kind, and very accommodating of a lady who is crazy about the way she prefers her bacon. I have never been inside, but my friends who stay awhile indicate it's as nice as a coffee shop can be, and they usually stay for a bit. I can't speak to that myself, but I hope to be by there soon, in person, to say for sure! Definitely give this place your business the next time you're thinking of going for Dunkin run. Walked in on a whim last weekend since we love the original location down in the village and were not disappointed. It's just about all set up for full service with a quaint coffee bar seating area, prepared foods to go and an assortment of delightful desserts to chose from. I ordered the iced snickers latte which was tasty just a bit heavy handed on the syrups. I love how all the smoothie names reflect places in town. Next time we drive by we'll definitely stop in and try one. read more

Visit Date: December 28, 2019 Normally I like the locations of the now Bean chain very much. I found the one in Babylon Village when my husband and I were dating and it became one of our romantic spots, we even had some wedding photos taken there after we got married. I visited the one in Bayshore a few times and liked it too. I wasn't overly impressed with this specific location though. I walked in and I had to use a restroom and was disappointed that they didn't have a public restroom for customers to use. I do understand that it's meant to be an express location but I feel like any paying customer should have access to a bathroom. The barista also didn't add half and half to my coffee. I was pretty sure I asked for half and half in my coffee, maybe they didn't hear me. I didn't notice that they had any milk out for self service but if they did he could have pointed it out. Other than not getting milk in my coffee and not being able to use the bathroom this location was okay. It was as it's meant to be an express version of the Babylon Bean. You go in order any drinks that you know and love from the other bean chains and walk out with it. read more

so disappointed with this order. we order from here because its normally good. but the last order of over med well eggs came so runny we couldn't catch it but let it go and ordered again. i have a sandwich with ketchup on it (that i am allergic to) in front of me and a watered down gross cappuccino. i called and they were like oops reorder through door dash... sure so i can spend another delivery fee and tip and tax? no thank you. i'm hungry and not happy. place is going downhill fast. read more

I love this place. I'm normally a Dunkin' Donuts girl but since being on keto I have been searching for ways to lowers my carbs while still enjoying my coffee and this place has it all. Absolutely delicious espresso and they have low carb almond milk. I get the sugar free French vanilla (1/2 the amount of flavor, I find that flavor to be strong) the also carry stevia packets which I really appreciate. I haven't had a chance to try the food due to my diet but as soon as I'm off I will definitely be trying a dessert or two or maybe a wrap lol. All of the girls there are super nice, friendly and helpful. I love being able to go in to a place and ask a million question with out the feeling like I'm being annoying. The price i feel is actually cheaper then Starbucks or Dunkin' Donuts and you are buying locally which is always a plus. read more

The service isn't bad and I would recommend this place to really anyone who enjoys supporting small businesses and good coffee. But the owner is the issue, he is very rude and does not let you finish your sentences with a "I know more than you" type of attitude. I met him once and after that I refuse to go into the Bean again. It no longer felt like a welcoming place knowing that the owner is like that. So for that reason I give it two stars read more

Came here with my boyfriend this past weekend because I was having a huge craving for a really delicious iced coffee from a local spot. I got the house brew iced coffee and it totally hit the spot! The place has a warm, local feel to it and the employees were friendly and helpful. I love the coffee here and used to come regularly, but sometime during the late summer COVID just stopped being a reality here & 90% of the time there's someone just not wearing a mask. Whether it be a customer, employee or what I'm assuming to be the owner or manager. I'd like to support a local business during this time but I simply don't go because of this. I'm giving this place a one star simply because of how hot it was in there. I went to the Babylon Bean North just a few minutes ago and I am so displeased with what I saw that I'm writing this review sitting in my car in the parking lot. The AC control panel is clearly under a locked case and it has to be at LEAST 85 degrees in there. Unfair to the customers and ESPECIALLY unfair to the workers with the heat and humidity. My visit would have been perfect if it weren't for this but I cannot support a business that lets their employees work in such conditions. Walked in today after the North Babylon Fall fair, stood around for five minutes while one employee stacked cups and another played on her phone. My wife asked for a hot green tea, they made her an iced green tea, i asked for a macchiato that didn't even fill half the cup. Not pleased, will not return. read more
