I took the chance on calling the office, though it was 6:57PM, thinking I would get the Answering Service or voicemail. Was I ever thrilled when Desireé actually answered after I held a bit! She was able to make an appointment the next morning at 11:30AM with my dentist!! WHAT A RELIEF!! I was VERY happy that Dr. Robert Nochez and Long Beach Smiles Dentistry was able to fit me in on such short notice the very next day! It ended up being a root canal and a crown because of the vertical cracking of the tooth but at least it wasn't an implant!! And this is even crazier, the next week, a crown I have had for many years feel out in the sink I the morning while I was water flossing! I figured it would be no big deal and they could just re-cement it but nope--there was decay next to the gum and they had to clean it up and I needed another crown since the margins no longer match. Again, it was great that they were able to fit me in when I called that morning; and with my doctor, once again!
