They will call you unethical and say you are a tax cheat. If you can't do a basic EZ return, then use HR Block and you'll be fine. Any type of help or advice in getting the biggest tax return, you're better off finding a local accountant or small tax preparer to get the MOST money!!

I scheduled an appointment for this past Saturday at 2:30 PM, which I made during the preceding…read moreweek. Upon arriving at 2:20, I was informed that the advisor I was scheduled to see had taken another walk-in client because I did not confirm my appointment earlier in the week when she called me during my work meetings. It is important to note that when I make an appointment, I fully intend to honor it. Despite my punctuality, I was informed that I would have to wait approximately 25 minutes for the advisor to finish with the other client. Needless to say, I was quite displeased with this situation. I have never encountered a scenario where arriving early for an appointment resulted in losing my place in line. This is particularly frustrating considering my longstanding relationship with H&R Block over the past few years, during which I have never encountered such an issue. Additionally, I found the attitude of the staff member at the front desk to be excessively sarcastic. I DO NOT recommend this place. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to me going there! Terrible customer service!
