But when he did arrive, within two seconds of popping the hood of my car he saw that some wires had been chewed through by an animal. We called AAA, and the…read moreestimated wait time was three and a half hours, far beyond the one-hour window they have before you're allowed to call your own company. While waiting for the AAA company, we reached out to several other towing services, but no one was available. Then we called Stickles Towing, and the driver was absolutely amazing. He was upfront that he was backed up at least two and a half hours, but he genuinely made an effort to rearrange his route to get to us as soon as possible. He even called to follow up and check if we still needed help. That level of professionalism and care really stood out. Unfortunately, we ended up replacing the battery ourselves in the parking lot at the four-hour mark, but even though this would have been an out-of-pocket service, his dedication and kindness didn't go unnoticed. I can't recommend Stickles Towing enough, they truly care about their customers!

We were told one thing and then faced excessive fees just to retrieve our vehicle, with policies that felt designed to make the process as difficult as possible. The lack of clear explanations and the overall attitude we encountered came across as apathetic, dismissive, and interruptive. We ultimately had to arrange our own tow, and even the experienced tow driver who picked up our vehicle mentioned that this company has a poor local reputation. That alone speaks volumes. I left feeling stressed, frustrated, and disgusted by how this situation was handled. Based on my personal experience, I would not return and strongly recommend others be cautious.
