But when he did arrive, within two seconds of popping the hood of my car he saw that some wires had been chewed through by an animal. He quickly did a patch job to reconnect them and my car was drivable (at least for the time being). We were both tired and frustrated and yet he still went above and beyond and did what was best for me and my car.

AAA sent me a text link which included a map showing the location of the Advantage Tow Truck dispatched. Within 1.5 hours, the tow truck driver (Advantage Towing) arrived and he asked me 1. to confirm the reason for the breakdown 2. for me to provide the suv keys 3. confirm the address of the repair shop 4. Did I need a ride to the repair shop. Yes, I was worried and panicked because this is what we females do best. However, this tow truck driver was very professional and recognized my panicked switch was ON and so he smiled and said to me "I got this" and off he went with my suv to the repair shop. Not to mention i was 10 min away from them. horrible service and customer service. I would give zero stars if i could.
