Had my new car tinted by Danny and his brother on a Saturday morning. The was done in a couple of…read morehours while I waited. I had expected it to take much longer due to the type of car and areas to be tinted. I had forgotten to ask for a brow to be added when I brought the car in. When Danny delivered the finished car I realized my mistake. He didn't blink an eye and took the car back and put the brow on exactly like I had requested. When I paid the bill I tried to tip them for the extra trouble I had caused but they refused to let me. Said it was all part of the job. Manager Kyle Maxwell refused to correct their mistake and insisted that I had to pay deposit to hold the vehicle for less than 48 hours of $1,000. Once they found my truck, they said they would start working on it by Friday. I have been without transportation for over a week, while my pickup set hidden on Gerber's lot. A real auto body shop would communicate with their customers, and let them know that they received their vehicle and provide a status and updates. O.K. wrap job on my 4Runner, but definitely not worth the premium price. I decided to pay more to…read morework with Louis since he told me they'd do an awesome job. Communication started out great, but the project took a week and a half longer than promised, with him waiting until the end of the day to tell me it wasn't ready yet. That happened for several days, and we even drove an hour to pick it up one day, and he told me it still wasn't ready. When I finally got it back, the wrap itself looked O.K.. The front and back were patched together instead of all one piece, so it doesn't look great up close. I was understanding since he said the wrap was difficult to work with. He also didn't wrap the front valence that I requested, and the custom decal he said he could print was completely the wrong size. He also charged me to take off and install a new bumper, even though they would have to take off and reinstall it anyways. But these things were no big deal, whatever. The worst part was that several parts of my car were reassembled incorrectly -- missing screws in all the wheel wells, missing tabs under the hood, loose mirror, disconnected fog lights, side panels popped out, foam support piece inside my bumper missing, even a piece that flew off while driving. I was honestly worried about driving it with all these issues. They did fix the issues a couple weeks later, but it was a huge hassle. A year later, my back window stopped rolling up. The dealership said whoever put together my hatch installed it incorrectly with pieces put on wrong or just missing. Reached out to Louis, and he said he did the install himself and it was right. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience for the cost. I paid over $5,100 and was expecting a near perfect job for this price.
